Elysium once rested in the realms of mortal men, a city favoured by 13 gods that circled above it in the stars. A city of power and influence, it wielded great psionic power, which it wielded wastefully and selfishly. A beacon of psychic energy in the void, Elysium attracted a visitor from beyond space and time. It touched the city with a tendril from the far realms, merging into Elysium as a writhing spiral of madness.
