No extras (no oaths, ariestia, hero points, path of war, gestalt etc)
150gp + free outfit up to 10gp worth. This starting wealth is regardless of class. Traits may change this, as per usual.
2 traits, may take a drawback for a 3rd trait. As usual, all must be from different categories.
Custom xp system, need a number of xp ticks equal to the level you are going for, eg 2 to get to level 2. After levelling, xp ticks reset to 0, will then need 3 to get to level 3. GM decides what constitutes an xp tick, typically some accomplishment.
Custom casting traditions are fine.
Custom martial traditions are fine.
Advanced, legendary, and exceptional talents are fine, must meet prerequisites as usual.
If you want some tie with a traditional fairytale that is fine, I would request that you go at least one step removed, eg friend, colleague, cousin, or descendant of the classic fairytale character.
