The galaxy is loud, colorful, and full of problems. Alien worlds glow with neon cities and ancient ruins drift through open space like forgotten monuments. Starships race between planets while megacorporations sell miracle weapons to civilians and governments argue about who gets to call themselves heroic. Robots debate philosophy with smugglers, space rangers crack jokes in the middle of firefights, and cults gather around dying stars. This is a universe where advanced technology feels like magic, where danger and comedy share the same stage, and where every planet looks like the opening scene of a new episode in an ongoing space adventure.

At the center of countless rumors and half forgotten records is the Aeon Engine, an immense machine built by a vanished civilization and hidden somewhere beyond the common trade routes. Legends claim it can grant a single perfect wish, not twisted by irony or cruel interpretation, but fulfilled exactly as the wisher intends. The Engine cannot function on its own and requires four mysterious power sources scattered across the galaxy, each guarded by distance, secrecy, and the ambitions of those who seek them. Governments want to secure it for stability, corporations dream of profit, pirates want the glory of stealing it, and stranger groups believe it will bring about the next great change in the universe. The characters will become tangled in this growing race, traveling from world to world as explorers, mercenaries, heroes, or opportunists, slowly uncovering the truth behind the Aeon Engine and deciding what should be done with a device that could rewrite the future.

Out of character, this game aims for a tone that blends humor, action, and character driven storytelling. Expect flashy fights, strange science, and plenty of room for banter alongside moments of real consequence. Creative character concepts are encouraged, especially those that lean into the colorful and exaggerated nature of the setting. Players should be comfortable sharing the spotlight, embracing the lighter side of the universe, and helping shape the story together rather than competing with one another. Familiarity with Mutants and Masterminds is helpful but not required, as the focus will be on cinematic adventure and collaborative storytelling rather than strict mechanical mastery.
