What The Shadows Keep

What The Shadows Keep is going to be a 1st level 3.5 adventure that will take players into Epic levels set in the Forgotten Realms. All characters will begin the game knowing one another all hailing from the small town of Eclipse. This game will not be first come first served I am looking for players interested in writing a story as much as combat.

You have grown up in the small town of Eclipse, situated near Cormyr it is a blink of an eye location that even the Purple Dragons visit rarely. Some say that its because the Purple Dragons are afraid of what happens around the area, other say its because they don't really care as long as taxes are paid to the crown. It could be either or of those things. Though, it could be something totally different...a darker reason.

Eclipse has always been one of those small towns that you either leave or you simple adjust yourself to and become a part of it. The life of an adventurer or a merchant is often the only true escape. Recently attacks on the road have led to important merchant caravan's simply not making it Eclipse, and the mayor needing someone to go investigate the reasoning behind this.

This is your chance to escape the daily grind of small town life, and take the chance to become an adventurer.
