I just noticed on the Remaster Action and Activities sheet, it now says "Sneak" is "Attempt to Stride up to half your Speed to another place while becoming or staying undetected." The "while becoming" bit seems to imply you don't have to Hide before Sneaking anymore. Is that correct?

Cirmaran can live with going to the last pillar first... And when the group does return to Akrivel, he'll go ahead and warn the village of the prisoner and the "guest" coming in... that way they can take them off our hands before they know where the village is...

The fey should be handed over to the elves. They'll know how to bind it appropriately so it's no more threat to them.

Cirmaran's Thievery is +14... am I rolling or is the biloko? Samrod can have two dozen arrows, and Cirmaran will be keeping that necklace for the time being.

With 76 to go around, certainly, but Cirmaran will still advocate returning to Akrivel to refit before tackling the last pillar. Also, if we wait to set out for morning, he can REALLY break the pillar here... ;)
