  1. 1. Which has other contact options. Particularly John Galt an infrastructure engineer. His cyber runner contact failed.

    2. Agreed. Which has advanced scanning capabilities that could likely assist.

    3. See 5.

    4. No idea how to do that right now, but it is needed

    5. This planet has anti-aging tech, normally a PL 9 thing. So we need to acquire this, for all of our sake. Which is tech level 8, so with help and good rolls, he should be able to understand it.

  2. [Player;/: Not sure where to start]

"Clarification needed. Are you trying to transfer a consciousness, or create a new one? I'll assume the former.

I would likely start with cloning the biological origin. The origin would need an implanted memory bank which I would use to create a persona copy and memory backup. Then, I'd copy the data from the host to the clone.

Rapid aging/development of the recipient is possible, theoretically, but aging technology is known to be some of the trickiest. This world has such technology, and I may ask your hacking assistance in acquiring it, both as payment for my services and for use on the project itself."

  3. "Your terms may be different than mine. I'm not sure what you mean by 'fix one'. I'm a skilled biomechanics capable of installing and maintaining cybernetic implants. I'm also a competent chemist and can craft many pharmaceuticals given proper components and time.

I cannot replace a brain, but I can do neurocybernatic implantation.

Synth, possibly, I have the theoretical knowledge but have not attempted. Same with cloning. I have familiarity and competency in fabricating extremely technologically advanced items, including computers. I have knowledge of the arcane, but have no magical talent myself. I'm not sure of some of your other terms. OEM, 'straight blank, 'made to last'."

  4. Wrath won't hold anyone's hand in this game. If there's a knowledgeable NPC around or something in-game that would inform us something is a bad idea, he will tell us through that. Otherwise, we have to tread carefully and hope things work and be prepared if they don't. There's no railroading more than "the captain" and his directives.

  5. *Sorry for my Delays, RL has not been kind to me the last month or so.*

Enoch shrugs. "I presume since you aptly stymied a routine scan from me last time, that you likely did so today. You would not have brought me here without reason though, so some aspect of my skills, connections, or other attributes warranted your outreach. What is it that you want of me?"

  6. *OOC: Encoh was present for a previous interaction with Prax, I believe their first interaction was when he tried to scan her and she hacked him. I'm assuming Prax hasn't masked her appearance compared to their first interaction.*

When the scan comes, Enoch tries to thwart it, providing bland data. He tries a scan of the area himself.

After entering as instructed, Enoch studies the area and the computer construct robots similarly scanning them. He waits patiently for the host to arrive. when she does he listens to her and then shrugs, not really understanding what is going on. "You called, I answered. Not one to...what's the term...'dilly-dally'. We met before, I believe. What is it you'd like to discuss?"

  7. In an average week, Enoch has lunch or dinner with one of his contacts in an uneven rotation, with the exception of Lyn, whom he meets weekly for date night.

Lawrence Prudence (Mystic) [Vault: Lawyer/Politician] 8 Int 10 Cha 5 Loyalty 4 Connection

    &

    Vincent D'Agostino (Precog) [Vault: Police/Military Captain] 9 Int 9 Cha 5 Loyalty 5 Connection
Enoch helps out with tech-related matters for Vincent and Lawrence as a sort of independent contractor using his old rank. They discuss interesting cases. Sometimes together, sometimes with only one of the two men.

Mongomery Dibbler (Mechanic) [Supplier] 9 Int 13 Cha 5 Loyalty 4 Connection
Still Enoch's go-to man for general supplies.

John Galt (Wizard Engineer/Artificer) [Works Maintenance in Government] 15 Int 12 Cha 5 Loyalty 3 Connection
They normally discuss technology, magic, and Enoch casually obtains information on the infastructure in listing to John gripe about his maintenance tasks and his relations with his coworkers and superiors.

Yvette Connor (Biohacker) [Medical Tech Supplier] 10 Int 13 Cha 4 Loyalty 4 Connection
Although no romantic interactions (any more), Enoch remains freindly with Yvette and regularly gets his medical supplies from her.

Lyn Woods (Nanocyte) [Netrunner] - 10 Int 10 Cha 5 Loyalty 6 Connection
    Date night weekly (or more)

  8. I figured we'd handle contact upkeep in Downtime?

Upkeep costs are more reasonable, I suppose, I guess I spend a few thousand dollars on dinners and parties with my friends over a year.

  9. Varrik seems to be enjoying himself playing music for fun as opposed to for combat. He also gets to demonstrate his finesse over his sheer force and volume, which is a pleasant change. It's a different look at the man, far form his war-weary and scarred visage the group are more accustomed to. He is in his full courtier's attire, rather than the more generic explorer's attire of his normal shiftweave selection. He applied himself to cover up his war scar and look more presentable, perhaps even unrecognizable to those unaccustomed to his face. Before the party leaves for the event in the morning, he offers his assistance to any interested.

    OOC

Varrik has a Take 10 of 17 for Disguise. I presume we don't want to spend the time to Take 20 for everyone.

  10. Enoch isn't asking for help from anyone (yet), just maintaining his connections.

    OOC

That's an exorbitant cost for asking for help $10,000 for a 10 Int 10 Cha Contact with a discount that CAPS at $1,250 for 5 Loyalty (max).

  11. Enoch acknowledges Zora's recommendations and well wishes, replying in kind. As for Jake's response, he doesn't reply at all, noting Ozen's warning.

As for vault life, Enoch has a significant SIM experience and numerous contacts, so he gets on with reaching out to them.

First to see what they're up to now, compared with the SIM experience.

    Lawrence Prudence (Mystic) [Vault: Lawyer/Politician]

Vincent D'Agostino (Precog) [Vault: Police/Military Captain]

    Mongomery Dibbler (Mechanic) [Supplier]

John Galt (Wizard Engineer/Artificer) [Works Maintenance in Government]

Lyn Woods (Nanocyte) [Netrunner] - He already reached out to her about AI connections, but intends to keep in touch. They were lovers, so he will reach out again about a possible rekindled relationship.

Yvette Connor (Biohacker) [Medical Tech Supplier]

  12. Enoch chuckles. "Speakeasy hub skin, could have been worse, could have been a medieval tavern." He mutters to himself. He allows himself to be glamored to fit with a drab duster, worn boots, grey bandana, and a stetson. He saunters (because speakeasy) up to the bar and looks around. "I'm waiting for someone. Got a message to meet here. Anyone else waiting you know of?"

  13. Enoch makes sure his kit is ready for immediate departure, though that should be standard for him anyway, given the group's track record. He stays off of coms, as instructed. He has to go in person, but is wary of the increased surveillance.

He uses his morphic disguise kit and invisibility screen combined with indirect routes to visit each of his companions (whom he knows where they are) to try and find out what happened, who was compromised, and what the plan is going to be.

  14. Enoch watches as he makes his way towards Farhvan. He fiddles with his HUD and tries to see if he can track his companions' locations with his scanners and maps.
