@Terran What is causing it to be flat-footed? Flanking is +2 to your attack roll, and allows rogues to use their sneak attack ability. Did you include +2 in your roll?

Yeah. It seems to get 2/3 of the details, and misses the other 1/3 when it comes to game rules.
