Not quite enough to qualify for a ranger so it looks like he will be a fighter. DM are you allowing the Unearthed Arcana classes? I probably do not qualify for those either just checking though.

STR: 15 1 point from Int = 16 1 point from Wis =17 + 1 for half orc =18 (50)

INT: 12 take 3 from Int to put 1 poin in Str (16)

WIS: 11 take 3 points from Wis to put 1 point in Str (17)

DEX: 14

CON: 14 +1 for half orc = 15

CHA: 08 -2 for half orc = 6
