The Titanium Woman didn't realize what had happened until she went half-blind in the middle of battle and had a different trusted ally run some diagnostics. When Helen's changes were detected, Dimitriou was arrested for attempted murder and became a fierce enemy of ARMOR, whom Titanium Woman had become the poster woman for due to her heroic activity and glamorous appearance.
