Ruess

Ruess

You have retrieved the following from your foray into the darkness

1.) A hollowed-out skull of some large beast. It has silver coins inside it.

You have forty-three pieces of silver that you found/claimed from their hiding place inside the beast skull

2.) A silver dagger that is not magical in any manner, but it is of marvelous quality.

The blade is sharp and shiny. The metal itself is in pristine state and the sheath that it is secured in is almost as clear save for some stains that should be easy to wash away. The pommel looks to be an emerald carved and sheathed in some stone-esque layer, or at least it looks incredibly similar to an emerald by Chira's estimate. Similar hues are etched in ornamental manner all over the cross-guard as well.

You are certain this is a masterful piece of work very well worth a very hefty amount of gold.

3.) A pair of old, worn leathery boots. There is something to the boot. There is a hidden cache somewhere in the boot, most likely a false heel of some manner. The boots in and of themselves don't seem to be of exceptional quality, or material. And neither are they magical

  2. An intact backpack filled with moldy cloth materiels that reek and rusted tools.

    1. The backpack can be sold if you can clean it. It reeks and is rather filthy in its current condition.

    2. The moldy cloth material would require serious time spent casting repairing spells on it. Your characters don't have the time to do it, but nothing stops you from outsourcing it and claiming a slice of the goods. You also know a few NPCs to ask about it in the tavern, if you are so inclined.

    3. The tools are much like the moldy cloth. Think of the foulest concoction you can conceive of, and imagine how it would corrode a set of expensive tools someone bought with good gold.
