Name: Orphélise 'Lisette' Anthylli
Character Concept: Lisette's whole Vibe is basically meant to evoke the Onna-bugeisha/Shrine Maiden archetype from Japanese media, down to her weapon of choice. Her power set, on the other hand, is a play on the 'Ill-met by moonlight' line from A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Race, Background, Subclass Class: Silvanesti Fey'ri (Tiefling Reskin) Twilight Cleric/Moon Sorcerer
Description: Orphélise is slight in comparison to her siblings and mother, only a couple of inches over five feet in comparison to their nearly six foot spans. She shares their willowy frames and delicate facial structures- though hers is markedly sharper in the cheekbones and jaw, and has the addition of a short pair of horns that she disguises with the thick fall of her hair. However, where her siblings and mother are all dark-haired and tan-skinned, she is lavender in hue, with spots of black along her neck and shoulders, as well as creeping up her hands and feet and up the tip of the long tail she hides beneath her skirts. She has pale, lilac hair that darkens to an almost black shade of violet near the tips. Her eyes are a faint opalescent silver shade, with a slightly darker iris and the faint shadow of a slit pupil in a startling pale violet.
Her clothing is designed for mobility. She wears a white slip beneath her chain mail, and an elegant, thin black dress with a mandarin collar and a sweetheart keyhole cut front over it to disguise it. The slip is slit high on one side, while the dress, fastened over the mail, has slits up both sides. She wears white breeches over the bottom of her mail, and black leather boots that come up well past the knee. She also usually wears a sleeved white shawl whose sleeves are dyed and embroidered to resemble the deep violet of the night sky, and what appears to be a shimmering lilac train is in fact a pair of rather useless, dragonfly-like wings.
Lineage, Background, Planned Multiclass: Lisette is a Tiefling born to a Silvanesti family with the Far Traveler background, and intending to multiclass into Lunar Sorcerer around level 4.

Past is Prologue: The night before her 17th birthday, Ophélise Anthylli woke up screaming.
In her dreams, an inescapable, unknowable something rolled over the land, consuming everything in its wake before turning its nebulous, malicious 'face' upon her. She awoke just as the smoky maw opened wide to consume her, starlight gleaming in the room from the palms of the hands she'd raised in her sleep to try futilely to protect herself. When her siblings stormed into her room, expecting an intruder, they found little more than their suddenly-glowing sister, shaking still in the wake of that palpable terror.
Though Lisette had always been a child attuned to nature and the stars specifically, visions had never been one of her gifts. Through trial and error, her family came to realize that the vision was in fact a vision and not simply a young girl's nightmare. Regardless, she was apprenticed to a cleric, one who often found herself moving between their homeland and Khorvaire, in order to better attempt to discover the source of Lisette's newfound powers. For the next couple of years, she studied under her teacher until she had another dream.
In it, she was in the midst of traveling- though to where she did not know- watching a coin flip in the air as a call was made- she never saw which side it landed on.
Late that same year, Lisette decided to set off to unknown lands, seeking whatever it was her visions were leading her towards. However, she never got far. Word of the dragon armies reached her, and though she did not return home in time to help defend her home, she did arrive in time to help her family escape. Once assured they would be safe, she set off once more, certain now that her vision meant she must continue her journey.
After all, what more a consuming force than the dragon queen herself could her dreams have warned her of all this time?

- Layla Anthylli: sorceress and scholar, as have been most in their family going back as far as they have records of. Though busy attempting to work her way to further raise their family in their society- hoping to be only the second of their family to do so- she is a doting if somewhat absent mother. However, she has little tolerance for slacking, and even in her absence, her children have always been expected to work hard and study, in order to aspire to heights as high as their mother. Unfortunately, only one of her children has any magical inclination, and to her chagrin, her youngest daughter aspires not to power or infamy, but to charity.

Melanthios and Melainotte Anthylli: Lisette's got two older siblings who are, to her slight irritation, seemingly intent on making up for their mother's absence by being overprotective. As a child, their sister was teased to not end for her unusual coloration, though as she grew older, such things fell by the wayside in the face of her playful good-will and persistent kindness. It has left both of her siblings however, wary of anyone and everyone who attempts to approach their sister. Melanthios, surprisingly, is the more reasonable one, eventually learning to trust his sister's ability to take care of herself. Melainotte, on the other hand, persists in treating her younger sister like a child and someone to keep watch over despite her protests.
Even more recently, with Melantios courting someone on top of his efforts into working with magical tools and Melainotte running a squadron of hunters, her siblings always insisted on making time to speak to her when they can. However, with her departure from their homeland, the only reminder she has of her siblings is the small locket she has with their family portrait contained therein.
