• Elis Fallbreeze (NG male half-elf bard): A young man looking to start his adventuring life, hungry for adventures, knowledge, and excitement.

• Elanoril Sillonian (CG female wood elf): Elis' mother. Although she's not so young anymore, this elven woman still retains an almost otherworldly elegance and composure, not to mention a mature beauty that no other can match in Ashabenford. Her family originally came from the forest of Cormanthor, but she left it behind her years ago, preferring the company of humans. She taught her son how to read, write, and how to compose music. She doesn't like to dwell in the past, always looking forward toward the future.

3. Deceased Characters

• Mack Fallbreeze (male human): Elis' grandfather, from his father's side. He was a carpenter who decided to retire in Ashabenford many years ago and built the house where the young man and his mother live. He was well liked by everyone in town, and although he was quite popular among the women, he never married. One day he showed up at the Temple of Chauntea with an infant in his arms, asking the priestesses to teach him how to care for the little boy. He never disclosed how or where he found the baby.

• Elrik Fallbreeze (male human): Elis' Father. An honest, good-tempered man, whom enjoyed living a quiet life in Ashabenford. He met Elanoril during a travel north to Shadowdale, and the two fell for each other instantly. Sadly their love burnt quick, and the man never had the chance to see his son because of an unknown disease that quickly consumed his life a month before Elis birth.
