The sole survivor of the Shiha—the four champions of Matsugakure—who stood against an Iwagakure invasion during the Third Shinobi Great War, Hyugo-sama has reluctantly found himself the people's favorite. Unfortunately for him, that means great stacks of papers needing his signature daily when he could be traveling the countryside giving medical aid to rural towns. Unable to say no to anyone, Hyugo-sama accepted the duties of a Kage, but tries to assure everyone he is in fact not a Kage. His words fall on deaf ears on those that look up to his legendary status. His only solace: he was able to convince his aids to set up a private practice in the central offices.
