Whenever you would gain influence, take two additional points. The Consul leading Livonia's legislative assembly is one of the most influential nobles in the kingdom. Their power is eclipsed only by the monarch they serve and, in spiritual matters, by representatives of the most important shrines.

 

The Winter Palace

+1 Favour per errand that generates Favour. Once a courtesy has been heard about at a royal dinner, few would dare to skirt the resulting obligations.

 

The City of Elva

+1d to Gather Information about events in the provinces and the Empire. +1d to your Engagement Roll if acting on that information. Elva is where roads from all across the empire meet the Lea. Those who travel bring news from afar.

 

The City of Lendal

+1d to Hunt or Survey on territory. Situated atop a steep cliff accessible by a single road, Lendal is a fortress that is difficult to sneak into and just as tricky to leave without being noticed. Even within the walls there are few places to hide for long.

 

Cateni Highlands

Every Social Season, you gain temporary use of a Colleague of the GM's choosing. The roving dies hard for those who hail from this rugged province and they walk countless paths. Many of them never return to their ancestral lands.

 

Heather Isles

Your Arcane Implements are reduced to 0 Load. The beaches of these rugged, wind-swept islands are where precious amber is most easily found, especially after the winter storms. No other known substance stores as much arcane potential in as little mass.

 

Kara Sea

+1 to Status. This immense freshwater lake has been a holy site since the beginning of written history. Its shores are dotted by countless shrines, some humble and some palatial, that honour the ancestors of the realm, of noble houses, and of simple peasant families.

 

Lea River Basin

Once during downtime roll dice equal to your tier. Earn influence equal to the highest result minus your Exposure. Control of the kingdom's most populous province is bound to come with increased influence.

 

Lezha Steppes

Every Social Season, you temporarily get one of the six Quality Upgrades for your gear. The nomadic tribes of the Lezha still live as their ancestors did, traversing the seemingly endless steppes as herders, traders, and occasionally warriors.

 

Machair Shore

+1d to House Advancement. Considerable leverage comes with governance of this breadbasket province.

 

Kalevan Hills

Every Downtime Phase, the factories and workshops of the province can perform two Crafting Actions. They roll dice equal to your Tier. The greatest ideas can only be realised with the right tools and skilled hands. This is where you can get the very best money can buy.

 

Rendzina Lowlands

+1d to Social and Deception Engagements in the province. Virtually every noble family maintains at least a modest estate here. Being charged with maintaining these lands opens doors and offers unexpected opportunities.

 

Canals & High Road

+1d to Stealth and Transport Engagements in the city. Both vast amounts of cargo and countless people move through the canals every day. Not unobserved, but largely unnoticed. Those wanting to avoid curious eyes altogether often take to the roofs.

 

Docklands

Once during downtime roll dice equal to your tier. Earn influence equal to the highest result minus your Exposure. Commerce means silver. Silver and influence often go hand in hand.

 

Greenwillow

Any time you would take Exposure, take one less. Many of Reval's clerks and mid-level officials live and even work here. It is in their power to subtly influence what matters the city's institution take notice of.

 

Leitis Hill

Your Retinue of Household Troops gains Potency whenever their superior equipment gives them an edge. Named after a famous gunsmith, the surrounding area is home to many workshops making guns, blades, and armour of all kinds. Enough to equip a small army.

 

Nightmarket

+1d to Acquire Asset on site. One part legal trade circumventing the need for stall permits, one part black market hiding in plain sight, this ever-changing conglomerate of rafts, boats, and surrounding shops and stores promises to assault all the senses and offers the widest selection of goods in the city. Both night and day.

 

Silkshore

+1d to Consort and Sway on site. Theatres, music halls, expensive restaurants, and cosy taverns line the streets in this part of the city, providing entertainment and distraction to everyone with silver to spend. Stores offering a wide range of luxury goods can also be found in the neighbourhood.

 

Tidemill Fields

+1d to all Healing rolls. Perhaps the world's most renowned hospital, numerous surgeons and physicians, and countless apothecaries can be found here. Their assistance will hasten even the longest convalescence.

 

University Quarter

+1d to Study and Channel rolls to perform research on site. Extensive libraries and scholarly assistance tend to speed up any research project.

 

Whitecrown

You can always gain an audience within polite society. While not as suitable for festivities, hunts, and other grand events, the townhouses of the upper class are easy to call on and the servants generally know how to contact their employers in case of absence.
