Fractured Heroes RPG

This is a topic thread meant to be the home of my homebrew game/setting Fractured Heroes. It is post-apocalyptic superhero fantasy game set on an alternate Earth. I'm still designing the system (and don't expect to be done with it for some time) but I am working on the setting for a future M&M3e game.
