Ok. The one thing to note (won't change this), his mount is a riding dog, which has 35 movement if I remember right.

The ogre is out of range from Shaggy's new position. Tanglefoot has a 30' range.

As a side note, I did have initiative and a spell attack roll in the previous post. The spell attack was a 20, so I'd love to use it, but I can reroll when/if he ever gets close enough.

I assumed that was normal and the dice weren't supposed to be available until an initial post was made.

I keep thinking that I should do NaNoWriMo, but it's not likely to happen at least until the kids are all out of high school. That's still the tail end of marching band season. It would be worse if the bands opening act didn't stink and had a longer season.
