That is partially the point, the DM and I want to play a very powerful game where the players think. If you want to try that, cool, go for it, but some things are not quite that simple. For instance, first you have to make a submarine, unless you can provide the stuff for one in one of the books i have never seen one. If you can make it up and pass it by the DM, and he "ok"s it, then it's cool.

the whole point is that you think like the people in this world would if it was real, they would take advantage of it just like we take advantage of technology today.
