  1. I'm sorry for not making things clear: at PL6 your character has no powers or any Abilities or Advantages that are powers-based.

The PL6 person is in jail, DEPOWERED.

  3. Okay *rubs hands together* things you can take back a bit:

    1. Protection: you could dial this back some unless laughing at AEGIS' blaster rifles is important. If so, leave it be.

    2. Immortality is a waste of points with his Toughness.

    3. Unless you're planning to do something truly useful with it Quickness is a waste.

    4. Since he has Infravision, Ultravision is a waste (for the story to come).

    5. Speed 2 is 30 MPH. Leaping & Swimming are both 30 feet per round. That's a waste (compared to how fast most supers move). The Power-Lifting 2 ... I wouldn't put points there.

    6. Adding an Area modifier to an attack bumps the cost +1 rank so it's still underpriced (your way).

    Now, MY way:

    1. Drop Immortality add Immunity: vs. Aging (1pp)

    2. Drop Quickness.

    3. Drop Ultravision.

    4. Drop the movement array + Power-lifting

    5. Add:

    • Particle Beam: Damage 12; ranged, multiattack, affects insubstantial 2 (full rank), dynamic [39pp]
    • Boot Jets/Gravity Shunt: Flight 12; 8K MPH/16 miles per round, DAE (Dynamic Alternate Effect) [2]
    • Servo-Boost: Enhanced Trait 7; +7 Strength; Limited to Lifting, DAE [2]

Dynamic powers can be used simultaneously but at lowered cost: this is a 38pp array SO he could hover (Flight 1 = 2pp) and attack with his Particle Beam at up to rank 11 (35pp). If he wants to lift 3-100 tons (above his Strength limit), he can fly as normal AND engage Servo-Boost (7pp) but he CANNOT ATTACK with the carried load (that would break Power Level limits). So while he can't throw a tank at someone he could lift it then say something nasty and get an Intimidation bonus (+5 definitely). My only remaining is issue is Skills. Let's do it like this: just list Skills with the ranks you've BOUGHT for each individual skill. If you haven't bought ranks don't list the skill. This way I can see where your points are going a little clearer and THANKS! Cyclotron is definitely getting closer to going to jail 😉

  4. At a glance:

    1. Immunity 30: vs. Fortitude effects is missing (that grants absent Stamina)
    2. Radio-Communication would only work for one target without the Area modifier
    3. Remote-Sensing with the flaws looks like it cost 1pp per 3 ranks?: 2 for
visual, -1 unreliable, -2 standard action
    4. Defenses: +8 Dodge, +4 Parry, +11 Will = 23
    5. Wide Beam: ranged blast 11, (area)cone 2 = 44pp
    6. When you did skills is the "(+X)" the ranks you added or the total bonus
    (Ability + ranks)?
    7. Can you list his Equipment?
    8. Is the Perfect Recall advantage new or did you want Eidetic Memory?

Let me know your comments and if you need help finding extra points.

Went ahead and edited the fluff, gonna work on the backstory, but the current feel is a villain who is part of a "prestigious" villain family line that wants to uphold the family name and succeed, with world conquest being the ultimate goal of the family and why they create genetically fabricated and enhanced children. I'm thinking he's the second Aleksander, with the first one either having been destroyed, or turning good so this aleksander has much to prove to a family that already is skeptical of his model line.

I like that! Run with it or whatever you feel comfortable with. Also this whole story begins with the villains in prison so keep that in mind.

  6. Hi Senco san!

On the Overview/Main page I posted that aliens are prohibited for this. Could you shift his race to one of the Freedom-Earth races?

    • He could be a human possessed by an extradimensional overlord
    • He could be a member of the "First Nation" raging against "The Establishment"
    • He could be a member of an hidden civilization of humans who were altered by radiation or magic over time

Aliens were prohibited because they tend to have powers that are natural to them (physiological) which doesn't work without the Innate modifier. But "alien" doesn't need to be "not from Earth". When you consider it Neo (The Matrix) was an alien to the Matrix because he had no understanding of how and why it existed. He had to learn what the Matrix was and what his purpose was there.

While I'm not allowing aliens I'm willing to work with an alternate concept that fits what you want to do in terms of character capabilities and motivation. Thoughts?

  7. Hello again hi! Okay so:

    1. If I create a game on BALDR in Private mode do I need Moderator assistance to open the game for players?

    2. When a BALDR game is opened for player recruitment is an ad automatically posted on OGMW? If not how do I do that?

    Thanks very much in advance!
