Personally for spheres I just do this down in the spell list: The "Name A" and "Name D" stuff in the cast/mem column is just for automatic sorting reasons, makes sure the sphere is always on top, sidegrades/drawbacks below it, and then the actual talents. There are 132 slots down there so even a meme gestalt incanter/conscript has enough room to mark down all their talents even when spending every feat on getting more of the things.
