Ok, you need to connect to the us.undernet.org server on mIRC, then join the "s-run" room for OOC stuff and "shadowrun" for IC stuff. Characters are created using any available material as far as I know, I think we've enough butt kickers in the party so your scum character should be fine.

I spoke to the guy running DH, he says you're welcome to come along whenever your ready. Just let me know when & I'll give you the mIRC server etc. you need.
