  6. Would Widen Spell work? Would use my first of 3 actions, but am uncertain if the spell would count as a "line" since it doesn't explicitly state a line but "1-2 targets" You manipulate the energy of your spell, causing it to spread out and affect a wider area. If the next action you use is to Cast a Spell that has an area of a burst, cone, or line and does not have a duration, increase the area of that spell. Add 5 feet to the radius of a burst that normally has a radius of at least 10 feet (a burst with a smaller radius is not affected). Add 5 feet to the length of a cone or line that is normally 15 feet long or smaller, and add 10 feet to the length of a larger cone or line.

The sorcerer was ready to test his mettle, taking up a position near the back of the line, keeping an eye out for trouble.

"Disgusting, I sure hope there isn't more of these fetid pools of digestive acid further inside..." He silently curses to himself, certain he'd just jinxed the mission. "Let's find a good passage inside, while the sun is still high and bright." The sorcerer absent-mindedly clenched and unclenched hands, his fingers felt strange, the nails having hardened, skin having grown slightly tougher overnight, something he hadn't had a chance to ponder or experiment with.

"I've certainly had worse sleeping accommodations, but let's try and avoid a repeat of that, eh?" He says entirely in jest, seeing as his own skills in helping find the camp were non-existent.

"I think it might also be prudent to keep rested while we still can, maybe finding a well hidden and defensible camping site would be best, in my opinion."

  20. Absolutely, Weylin's build will lead him towards the blasting magic, with some melee options when in a pinch. If I'm not mistaken with Draconic Sorcerer and DD, he'll eventually be able to take dragon form for brief periods of time, lol
  21. Ok! I'm of two minds for my free archetype: 1. I go with Dragon Disciple, really leaning into his draconic bloodline as manifesting in his biology almost. (Mechanically it boosts Weylin's draconic bloodline features) 2. I go with Summoner, and maybe a mini dragon-spirit thing comes out of his Pendant as he's practicing magic OR during some appropriate story beat in game(mechanically, getting an arcane animal companion would be a big boost to Weylin's utility, and it's a bit more distinct from his base class) Narratively, Dragon Disciple would pull Weylin down an arc of his magical powers starting to manifest and change the way he looks and exists, trying to figure out a more nuanced "where do I come from" kind of story. Whereas, Summoner go open up narrative possibility of having a connection to maybe the spirit of the original dragon who gave his family the magic in the first place?? @Blaeringr@

"Cra Cirtcele!" he entones, amulet thrumming and pulsing with light and magic before he throws a hand forward, launching forth arcing lightning at both spiders. Actions 1 action - Side step to the window between Khaine and Chalia, staying back 10 feet from them. 2 actions - Cast Electric ArcRange 30 feet; Targets 1 or 2 creatures Saving Throw basic Reflex An arc of lightning leaps from one target to another. You deal 1d4 + 4 electricity damage. Heightened (+1) The damage increases by 1d4. at both spiders ((Reflex save DC 17))
