Hello, hello!
I'm Skibs. I thought I'd introduce myself here first before diving in. It's been awhile but I have a good amount of experience with play-by-post and also participate in a lot of 5e Dungeons and Dragons offline (my group is actually finishing a three year long campaign this Sunday, wish me luck!). I thought I'd seek this place out because I'm looking to become a better writer while having fun and not taking it all too seriously. My hope is also that by typing things out I might also get a bit better in my offline play by improving my descriptions.
I don't want to dive into too much right away (looking to play not DM/GM). Mostly I want to find one campaign and focus on that. Since I'm familiar with 5e Dungeons and Dragons that will be primarily what I'm looking for but I'd be willing to try other game styles or even just a more free format which is what I grew up playing. I'll be scanning the advertisements to see what I can find. I'm sure there will be something there for me.
Anyway, I'm happy to be here! I look forward to checking everything out.
