I want a small brass box containing a tiny fire elemental to keep a stick tip hot to light the pipe. Kinda something from Terry Pratchet. Is this possible?

I want to have a 'lighter' for the pipe. S small brass bow with a tiny fire elemental in it to light a twig to light the pipe. Kind of a Terry Pratchet gizmo.
