I just reread weapon mastery. The 20th level fighter auto-confirms critical hits for x3 so the 23.75% becomes 30% (15-20) on the die, meaning 1.5 crits/full attack and an incremental damage from the crits of 5*.3*57*2=171 for a total of 441.75/round + the saves or be blinded and stunned.
