  1. Name: Elwin Malefazel Character Concept: A small, small town guy out to make good in the world and hopefully become a hero. Description: Elwin has a lithe build and is short even for a gnome. His hair and short beard are rusted brown and frame a boyish face of well tanned skin and bright green eyes that seem to perpetually sparkle. He conceals much of this under a deep hooded dark green cloak that he wears over brown leather armor and an olive toned tunic. Everything he wears is more utilitarian than fashionable though it all is cast in earthy tones and rich greens. Character’s Plothook: Past is Prologue : Born to a humble family of gnomish farmers, Elwin always had a thirst for knowledge and adventure that extended far beyond the rolling hills of his homeland. As a young gnome, he was apprenticed to a respected wizard who recognized his prodigious talent for the arcane arts. Under his mentor's tutelage, Elwin excelled in his studies, mastering fundamental spells and delving into the intricacies of magical theory with an unquenchable curiosity. However, fate took an unexpected turn when a tragic event shattered his idyllic life. During an expedition to recover a lost artifact, Elwin's mentor and several of his fellow apprentices fell prey to a band of ruthless raiders. In the chaos that ensued, Elwin witnessed the brutal murder of his teacher and narrowly escaped with his own life. Haunted by the memory of that fateful day, Elwin vowed to avenge his fallen mentor and bring the raiders to justice. Driven by a thirst for vengeance and a newfound determination, Elwin abandoned his wizardly pursuits and embarked on a path of adventure as a rogue. He honed his skills in stealth, agility, and cunning, becoming a formidable opponent in both the shadows and on the battlefield. His adventures led him to encounter a diverse cast of companions, from valiant warriors to enigmatic sorcerers, who aided him in his quest for justice and self-discovery. Along his journey, Elwin's arcane knowledge proved to be an invaluable asset, despite his transition to a more martial lifestyle. His understanding of spells and enchantments allowed him to outwit his enemies, create diversions, and heal his comrades in times of need. The fusion of his magical prowess with his roguish skills made him a versatile and formidable adventurer, capable of overcoming any obstacle that stood in his path. Loyalties: Diety:

  4. I am not a forever DM anymore but I still spend 90+% of my time behind the screen. So when I’m lucky enough to run a character on these forums really appreciate it.
  5. Ugh oh no! I’d be all for pushing forward with recruitment if you’re all up for it. I really wanted to play this through.

  8. Indigo joins the others to hear what Fury has to say but stays quiet until Fury opens the floor for questions. Indigo is clearly still shaken by the loss of Captain America. Who or what did Captain America die to stop from coming through that portal?
  9. Any chance we can agree that we roll 3d6 in the dicebot and use the second reported number as the Marvel die rather than having to roll 2d6 and 1d6 separately?

  12. Indigo - Health:60 / Focus 110 Daniel was looking over a run down building as part of an assessment for the Hawthorne foundation. A pair of young restauranteurs were looking to help revitalize part of Hell’s Kitchen with a new eatery and had applied to the foundation for some financial backing. While following the building inspector working their way around the second floor Daniel spotted the smoke out of a window. He quickly feigned an urgent phone call and made his excuses to leave. he changed into his dark blue and black costume in an adjacent empty building before rushing to the scene. Upon spotting the hydra agents and their leader from down the street as he arrives, Indigo shouts out, “Hold it right there!” He then reaches out a hand and projects a dark blue force dome (Elemental Prison) over the hydra agents and their leader attempting to trap as many as possible while keeping them away from their portal device. Ego Check: (2,2,5) = 9 Unfortunately, in his haste, Indigo centers the force bubble too high and completely misses all of the Hydra agents, their leader and the portal.
  13. Yes indigo was using his Force Barrier to offer those who want it some cover to attack from.
  14. Indigo Health 60/60 Focus 115/120 Indigo moves forward placing himself alongside Hardcase and creating a dark blue Barrier between the heroes and the robot.
  15. He’s modeled after the invisible woman but his force fields while still transparent have a dark blue hue - hence his name.
