When he is off duty he enjoys spending time in social situations, whether that be in ten forward or on the holodeck. Ardon prefers to spend time around others. Appearance As all Bolians, Ardon has blue skin, ridges across his head and the seam running down it. He almost always has a smile, which even seems to reflect in his eyes. He stands 5'10", and weighs 160 lbs. When off duty Ardon often wears old earth "Hawaiian shirts," and sometimes the shirts even clash with his skin. Background Ardon was raised on Bolarus IX, the Bolian homeworld. Bolian traditions say that a child born near an active Warp Core has an improved, more positive, disposition - and Ardon was one such child. His family served in Starfleet, and when his mother gave birth to him she was near the ship's warp core - due to unusual circumstances. He was raised as any Bolian child would be, and had a happy childhood. Early on he showed interest, and aptitude, in science and engineering. When he was of age he decided to join Starfleet and go to the Academy. While at the Academy he majored in Ship Operations, and took extra courses in different science courses. Over the years he found he had an aptitude and interest with Temporal Mechanics. So, he decided that he could take on extra work and get a degree in Temporal Mechanics along with his Operations Major. In his last two years at the academy Dr. Olafson, the instructor in Transporter Theory, took notice of Ardon and his aptitude with transporter technology and theory. The Doctor took Ardon "under his wing" and mentored him in transporters and engineering. When Ardon graduated he was in the top 20% of his Operations class. He was also awarded the Sulu Legion of Merit for earning his degree in Temporal Mechanics. After Ardon's graduation he received orders to board the USS Firefly where he would be transported to Starbase Earheart where he was to wait for his first deep space assignment.
