Personality

Created to serve her mistress Lolth, Phaerlyn was born drow about 700 years ago. She had faithfully shown exceptional faith to the Queen of Spiders. Even after her death, she knelt before her Queen and was granted her blessing. Phaerlyn became one of Lolth's handmaidens. A yochlol. At first she was not accustom to the change, but discovered the benefits, increased power above all else. Taking her place beside her Goddess, she knows first hand the cruelty the Lolth has for anyone who displeases her, and it brings Phaerlyn pleasure to exact punishment on Lolth's behalf.

Trait:
Flaw:
Feats: 1st: Multiattack 3rd: Improved Natural Attack 6th: Improved Multiattack 9th: 12th: Quicken Spell-Like Ability( Book of Vile Darkness, p. 49)
[General]
The creature can use a spell-like ability with amoment's thought.

Benefit: Using a quickened spell-like ability is a free action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity. The creature can perform another action--including the use of another spell-like ability--in the same round that it uses a quickened spell-like ability. The creature may use only one quickened spell-like ability per round. A spell-like ability that duplicates a spell with a casting time greater than 1 full round cannot be quickened. Each of a creature's spell-like abilities can be quickened only once per day, and the feat does not allow the creature to exceed its normal usage limit for any ability. Thus, if a demon chooses to quicken its darkness ability, it cannot use quickened darkness again the same day, though it could use its darkness ability again normally (since it can use darkness at will), or it could quicken another of its spell-like abilities, such as desecrate.

Special: This feat can be taken multiple times. Each time it is taken, the creature can apply it to each of its spell-like abilities one additional time per day.

Normal: Normally the use of a spell-like ability requires a standard action and provokes an attack of opportunity unless noted otherwise.

Fiendish Codex I Pg 54

ECL: 10D8, LA +2 (Estimated RLA)
Darkvision 60'
Abilities Str +8, Dex +12, Con +10, Int +8, Wis +4, Cha +10
Racial Skills: Bluff, Concentration, Diplomacy, Hide, Intimidate, Knowledge (Arcana), (Religion), (The Planes), Listen, Move Silently, Sense Motive, Spot.
Languages: Abyssal, Drow, Common, Undercommon; telepathy 100 ft.
Bonus Feat: Hand Crossbow
Melee: 8 Tendrils (1d4)
Damage Reduction: 10/Good

Gaseous Form (Su) A yochlol can assume gaseous form, appearing as a roiling cloud of oily green smoke. In this form, a yochlol’s statistics do not change, although it is treated as if under the effects of a gaseous form spell that cannot be dispelled. A gaseous yochlol can use contact other plane at will as an additional spell-like ability. Any creature sharing the same square as a gaseous yochlol at the end of that creature’s turn is affected as if by a stinking cloud spell (DC 20 Fort save negates).

The save DC is Constitution-based.
Humanoid Form (Su) A yochlol can assume the form of a hauntingly beautiful human or elf (usually drow) woman. It has only a little flexibility in altering its specific appearance, and as a result it can’t use this ability to disguise itself as a specific individual.
Yochlols are nude when they initially assume humanoid form, so they often wait to assume this form until they have equipment and weapons ready. Yochlols in humanoid form cannot make tendril attacks. They usually wear +2 mithral chainmail (AC 26, touch 18, flat-footed 22). Yochlols are proficient with all simple and martial weapons, but they prefer to use weapons such as rapiers to take advantage of Weapon Finesse.
Lolth’s Favor (Su) As a handmaiden of Lolth, a yochlol receives the spider queen’s favor in the form of a deflection bonus to its Armor Class equal to its Charisma bonus. It does not retain this bonus while in humanoid form, but it does retain the bonus in its gaseous and spider forms.
Mind Blank (Su) A yochlol is protected at all times by the equivalent of a mind blank spell. This effect cannot be dispelled.
Rapid Shapeshifter (Ex) A yochlol can shift between its four forms with astounding speed. Changing shape is a swift action that a yochlol can perform as often as once per round.
Spider Form (Su) A yochlol can assume spider form, appearing as a Medium monstrous black widow spider. It retains all of its base statistics but gains a climb speed of 30 feet. It loses its tendril attacks but gains a bite attack (+16 melee, 1d6+6 plus poison [DC 20, 1d6 Con/2d6 Con]). The poison save DC is Constitution-based.
Immunities: Acid, Electricity, Mind-affecting spells and effects, Poison
Resistances: cold 10, fire 10
Spell-Resistance: SR 21
Spell-Like Abilities (Sp): Yochlols can use the following spell-like powers at will, casting as 10th-level sorcerers (DC is charisma based): charm person, darkness, desecrate, spider climb, stone shape, greater teleport, and web.

Psionics (Sp): In addition to their spell-like abilities, yochlols have psionic powers that they can use at will as 10th-level sorcerers: domination, detect thoughts, and mind blank.

Paladin of Infamy (Prestigious Paladin Evil Edition)

After training in the arts of combat and the mysteries of the divine, the prestige paladin is anointed as an unholy warrior dedicated to the protection of law and goodness.

Most prestige paladins are clerics or fighter/clerics, though rare cleric/monks might pursue this path as well.

NPC prestige paladins usually belong to a holy order dedicated to an evil deity. Some are lone wanderers, dealing out their own wicked sense of justice while walking the earth.

Compared to the standard paladin, the prestige paladin gives up a small amount of combat prowess in exchange for a larger spell list and a higher top end of his spellcasting powers. Also, his class features aren't quite as powerful as the standard paladin's as a result of his reduced paladin class level.

Hit Die: d10.

Requirements
To qualify to become a prestige paladin, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.

Alignment: Any Evil.
Base Attack Bonus: +4.

Skills: Knowledge (religion) 2 ranks, Knowledge (nobility and royalty) 2 ranks, Ride 4 ranks.
Feats: Mounted Combat.
Spellcasting: Ability to cast protection from good as a divine spell.

Special: Ability to rebuke undead.

Class Skills: The prestige paladin's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Handle Animal (Cha), Heal (Wis), Intimidate (Cha), Knowledge (nobility and royalty) (Int), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Profession (Wis), Ride (Dex), and Sense Motive (Wis).

Class Features

All the following are class features of the prestige paladin class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency

As the standard paladin.

Spells per Day

A prestige paladin's training focuses on divine spellcasting. At every odd numbered level reached, the prestige paladin gains new spells per day as if he had also gained a level in whatever divine spellcasting class he belonged to before he added the prestige class.

Aura of Evil (Ex) The power of a paladin of tyranny's aura of evil (see the detect evil spell) is equal to his paladin of tyranny level, just as with the aura of a cleric of an evil deity.

Detect Good (Sp) At will, a paladin of tyranny can use detect good, as the spell.

Smite Good (Su) Once per day, a paladin of tyranny may attempt to smite good with one normal melee attack. This ability is otherwise identical to the standard paladin's ability to smite evil, including increased daily uses as the paladin of tyranny gains class levels.

Rebuke Undead (Su) For the purpose of determining his ability to rebuke undead, a paladin's class levels stack with his levels from all his other classes from which he has gained the ability to turn undead. For instance, a 4th-level fighter/1st-level cleric/2nd-level prestige paladin would turn undead as a 3rd-level cleric.

Dark Blessing (Su): A paladin applies his Charisma modifier (if positive) as a bonus on all saving throws.

Deadly Touch (Su) Beginning at 2nd level, a paladin can cause wounds with a successful touch attack. Each day she can deal a total number of hit points of damage equal to her paladin level x her Charisma bonus. An opponent subjected to this attack can make a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 paladin level + paladin's Cha modifier) to halve the damage dealt.

Alternatively, a paladin can use any or all of this power to cure damage to undead creatures, just as an inflict wounds spell does. This power otherwise functions identically to the paladin's lay on hands ability.

Special Mount (Sp): As the standard paladin ability of the same name, except treat the prestige paladin's effective level as three higher when calculating the mount's bonus Hit Dice, powers, and so forth.

Aura of Despair (Su) Beginning at 3rd level, a paladin radiates a malign aura that causes enemies within 10 feet of him to take a -2 penalty on all saving throws. This ability otherwise functions identically to the paladin's aura of courage class feature.

Divine Health (Ex): As the standard paladin ability of the same name.

Cause Disease (Sp): A paladin of tyranny can inflict disease with his touch (as the contagion spell) a number of times per week that a standard paladin of her level would normally be able to remove disease.

Summary

FR = Forgotten Realms, FC = Fiendish Codex I
Based on the majority of RLA for Demons/Devils, most are only LA +0 to LA +2 for the more powerful ones.
I did not take Lolth-Touched, because I decided to go with the higher ECL Yochlol from Fiendish Codex, instead of Monsters of Faerun.
FCI is 10d8 HD CR: 8, while the Monsters of Faerun are 6d8 HD, CR 5.
SR was calculated oddly for them. 10d8 had SR 19, 6d8 had SR 15 (9 + max HD). So at 12HD, I went with SR21 (9+12)
I kept the spell-like abilities from both versions.
Although FR version has Reistance 20 to fire, the FC version had Resistance 10 to both cold and fire. (Went with 10D8 version) Resistance 10 Cold/Fire.
FR version had DR 10/+2, FC version is 10/good. Stuck with the 10/good

Altered the Prestigious Paladin for an Evil version, using the evil version requirements/abilities in it's place. I lose 1 caster level, but I retain cleric casting.
Warshaper 4. Yochlol's do not have fast healing or regeneration. 4th level gets fast healing 2. Better than nothing!

Yochlol has +5 deflection bonus.Charisma bonus, since it's base is 20 Charisma. It only applies while in his Yochlol and Spider form, not drow form based on the humanoid form (Su) so I will not be applying this, unless I actually go into the default ooze form or become a spider.
