Still, when Kokuten produced a wand, he was momentarily distracted. It wasn't the wand that had his interest, however, but rather the means by which it had been deployed. "You're going to have to show me how you managed to do that," he said with genuine interest coloring his voice as Quagmire examined the offering. The blood contract sealed and for an instant, the black blood trailed up around Devin's wrist and flashed like a manacle. The same with the red around Quagmire's.
