The only thing I'd say it lacks is an explanation as to when/why/how he came to be in and around Cormanthor Forest, etc. Doesn't need to be much or super detailed, just a little bit, something suggesting why the Coronal (well, one of her generals acting on her behalf anyway) would reach out to him to help look into a matter for her.
