A seven-foot tall, muscular half-rat, half-man, usually wearing medical scrubs and a lab coat. White fur, glowing green eyes. Surprisingly clean.

 

Background
Pharmaceutical Expert (Medical)

 

Origin: Accident. Kevin was an intern at Rev-Corp, and was maintaining their biochemical archive when a co-worker dropped a sample of Plague Rat's infection on him. However, while he underwent the physical mutations associated with Plague Rat, his mind remained relatively untouched. However, as he rose through the ranks, he discovered just how corrupt Revo-Corp was, and left, managing to get them off of his back through an extensive legal battle, as well as earning a considerable payment in damages when it was revealed they were maintaining samples of biological weapons without government approval. He used those funds to fund his education until he earned his degree

 

Powers: Enhanced strength, speed, endurance, and senses, able to communicate with rats and other rodents, extensive medical training

Like A Sore Thumb: Kind of hard to escape notice when you're a seven foot tall rat

Scary: Folks are still haunted by the memory of Plague Rat's rampages in Rook City and beyond, and Kevin is often viewed as an unwelcome reminder
