She rubs a twirl of licorice in her left hand, the material for Haste, then casts the spell itself. Baran, George, Mizzi, Yuki and herself, experience something akin to electricity course through their veins.
In her experience a mage who didn't cast haste straight out of the gate was likely making a cardinal error.
