Notes:
- Instant Plan: you need information to form a plan. It should be more like "Investigation: Gather Information + Well-Informed"
- Lie To Me: "Senses: Detect Lies" or high-ranking Insight would do it (if that's what you want the power to do)
- Polyglot: to understand, speak & read any languages = 3pp
- Handshake: how does this work?
- Quick Thinker: so he's using INT for Insight? Insight would be used to detect a lie
- One of Those Faces: he wears an exoskeleton & carries a blaster rifle - kinda hard to forget that. Wearing a mask seems easier?
- All the powers except the exoskeleton are powers not devices, correct?
