Change of question, since I think I finally found what I was looking for rather than just shooting in the dark.
The Doppelganger monstrous humanoid progression (Races of Destiny, pgs 95 - 96): the +4 racial bonus to Bluff and Disguise isn't mentioned in the class-equivalent breakdown. Would it come at level 1 in that case?
Are any of the Oriental Adventures updates from Dragon #318 available for use? Particularly the Hengeyokai being adjusted to an LA +0 race?
And since the subject of Powerful Build has come up, what about the 3.5 update to the Giff from Dragon #339?
