I'm not married to my character concept.  I'd be okay with making a 5/5/0 fighter/rogue type of that's what the party needs.

I don't think that there is anything wrong with three mages adventuring together.

And I'm not talking about the validity of your rolls, I'm talking about glitches in the Dice Tower.

Are you talking about the 4d6 that yielded a -2? Yeah something might not be right.

I absolutely agree. I like the three casters group concept very much.

 

And if they feel unsafe, they can always hire a bodyguard or two for melee. That is, if / when they have money for it.
