  1. For knowledge/investigation/medicine type checks (not necessarily perception) do people prefer that to be open to the table with a "this is the person who noticed it" call out or private secret messages?
  2. Sorry for the delay in posting on my part. Friday's are my irl game and so they likely will either be a light post or no post day for me. Weekends also can be a little hit or miss and I think both groups are approaching a scene transition which requires a bit more writing than a usual post. I should be able to get something up at some point today
  3. That sounds fine we can try that for the early fights and see how it works
  4. I potentially can the problem is I'd have to have time to update that as well and I'm less able to access something like roll20 than a quick ooc post on the forum while I'm at work.
  5. That is true. I can't reply to every post between both games during combat but I can at least drop a "goblin 1 is dead" placeholder and fill it out when I can so we don't waste too many actions
  6. That makes sense to me. I am also willing to provide AC and Saves and let players roll saves for my monsters if that will help expedite thingd. I understand that can be a bit immersion breaking so I'll only do it if everyone is cool with it.
  7. Okay so something I wanted to discuss: how do we want to handle combat. I know traditional initiative can cause issues when the person who is up can't post in a timely manner and can cascade pretty badly. I know when I've run a pf1e game pbp we did "all players go then all npcs go" in whatever order everyone can post. Though I know 2e tends to be a bit more tactical than that. Thoughts?
