You can get the free version of Old School Essentials here: https://necroticgnome.com/products/old-school-essentials-basic-rules It's a nearly exact copy of Moldvay B/X so there will be small differences from Mentzer but I think the ability mods are the same. -

Hi, I've been in or ran 20 or so pbp games over the years but I'm new to Mythweaver (other than the character sheet feature) so will probably commit a faux pas here and there. Is there going to be the chance to hire retainers? If so, I might need to save a bit of money. I wound up with 18 charisma and nothing else of note so leading others to doom might be my best option. -
Iggy, Neutral Elf Str 9 Int10 Wis 7 (-1) Dex (10) Con 13 (+1) Cha 18 (+3) AC 5 HP 3 Equipment Chain Armor, long sword, short bow and arrows, backpack, flask of oil, waterskin, 1 week rations. 17 gp Iggy is used to looking good to impress, this will be his first time actually doing anything complicated.
