  1. Remy gave a little chuckle at Lily's comment. "None taken. I admire your intentions. More than a few knights are there for the title and honours and less for the duty; something I've seen in commentary and behavior at the odd soiree. Being a Knight with the people in mind before all else? That's the way it should be. You would get along well with my father; such was his goal initially as well." She would follow that up with a pat of comradery to Lily's back, perhaps a little harder than intended what with the newfound levels of strength. She hadn't commented on her own reasons but it was probably close to her father's, right? *** Following their release from their attendance on center stage, Remy went to speak with her family. She was still somewhat in noble form - something quite reinforced by her mother's impeccable stature - but it wasn't long before the true Remy bubbled forth and she'd given her father a big hug and was laughing and content as could be. Her siblings would come from the crowd to the edge of the stage and earn themselves a short windy flight (which later became something she'd end up doing for any child who asked). She spoke with her family for quite a time before rejoining the rest of the crowd and enjoying the festivities. A few bites and sweet-apple drinks later and she was cheering and dancing with the people as she was more known to do in her earlier days, genuinely celebrating with the rest. When the time came for questions of the camera drone, she seemed somewhat torn but eventually requested to have one. It was clear from her commentary that she'd rather not risk being embarrassed should she flub up her practice but that on the flipside she had a duty as a Dragomir to make a proper showing. So her familial responsibilities came out ahead in the end. The night following the celebrations was a somewhat rough one however. While the nausea and dizziness had been somewhat manageable during the festivities, after a few plates of Aunty Gratchum's Famous Apple Pie and enough milk to drown the cow that provided it, things weren't staying where they should be. Fortunately for her, noone but the bathroom got to see her spray rainbows into the porcelain. Having your entire body rewritten at the cellular level was unpleasant at times. *** The first day of her training saw very little camera use. Her father had gifted her an impressive bow for her successful initiation and much of the day was spent practicing with it. With the increased natural strength she had worried about snapping the string, even though he'd enthused that it was designed with a knight's strength in mind. On the contrary, at first she was unable to draw the string at all, which led to some struggles in making any shots at all. By the end of the afternoon however she'd managed to find the right balance for her draw. This resulted in some footage of her sinking arrows - unenhanced at first - deep into thick wooden targets. The footage of her putting an enhanced shot through the target and three trees behind it, however, was unintended and certainly left in-place merely because she had the misconception that everything was being broadcast live. Day two had her practicing with more complicated aspects of her abilities. Guiding arrows through the air to strike at the sides of the target, intentionally firing far off-mark to try and force it to come around and hit the bullseye. As she got better at her control she started getting a little more confident, changing her target from the sides of the target to the direct back. This was a good plan, until she put another arrow clean through and had to quickly veer it to the side lest she achieve a friendly fire hit in solo-practice. Luckily for her that one didn't end up on her camera. The later part of the day was spent practicing firing while moving herself with her glide, which while difficult, was manageable. Day three she accepted Heather's sparring request. Remy's techniques were intermixed in the spar, mixing ranged shots (with blunted arrows) alongside swift dips into melee for rapid fly-by strikes. Fighting Heather was certainly a bizarre encounter though, given that her illusions had Remy often guessing at what was real and what was not. However Remy's gifts were near-exclusively geared towards combat which earned her the win time and again. While she had deigned not to film the battles due to not wanting to shame Heather (or expose what might be intentionally secret maneuvers) she would if Heather permitted. Remy was certainly not fond of growing in renown by pushing down others' but equally she understood how big a deal the novice training was for the people at home cheering them on so it was considered. Either way she would add an hour of her own efforts, gliding at high speed while unleashing volleys of seeking arrows at hung targets about the estate, likely making the groundskeepers nervous of their potential workload on the morrow.
  2. Insight Freaking high as heck roll but still not gonna do it XD
  3. 『Attack 6/11』『Defense 14』『Resistance 8』 『H.P 4 (+5 Party)』 Condition: None Active Powers: Notes: Crazy but True Bun Chapi would just vanish and get herself in front of the doorway before the lot of them could push out. Now, this doesn't stop them from stampeding over her, and she isn't exactly taking up a combat stance (more accurately, she's taking that hands out, calm down a minute stance) so if they decided to attack her they'd get a free hit, but she does try to interfere for a moment. "Wait wait wait, just a few minutes, we're getting to the explaining. First, did you ever wonder how we came in from nowhere, in the middle of the wilderness, at the perfect time to save you all? Fully equipped and ready to rock against a flock of Nevermores without even needing to look around for other threats? Or how we didn't chase after Fen, your sister, even though -as you've seen - I've easily the capability to do that and secure her safety? The most vulnerable of all of you? The answer to all of this is very complicated and best had with a cup of tea and.. perhaps a therapist or a convenient professor who's a master in the field, but the long and short of it is that we literally travelled through time from the future to stop you all from being killed because your little sister Fen rallied her team and friends to make a trip and save her family." She'd give them a second to get their disbelief out of the way before saying, "Which you're not going to believe because it sounds entirely insane, but I said it anyways because it's a primer for the culture-shock you're about to get when you step outside. Check what day it is, what year it is, ask about Fen Fable, her brothers, do what you need to do to accept the impossible, but officially? You all died in the 1195. It's now 1203. Due to some incredibly convenient aspects of how you died, we were able to save you before it happened, but if we interacted with young-Fen, everything we did would be undone by timey-wimey causality, this doesn't sound any more sane, but it's true still! Anyways, keep that in mind when you're out there, okay? And rather than sprinting all over, at least let us accompany you okay? It'll save us from having to track you all down later. Also we know where the good eateries are." Assuming they stuck all that out, Chapi would get out of the way now. But she wasn't quite able to stop the overly eager trio from getting by either way; the explanation was more for those who weren't making the mad dash. Not like the Fables could actually escape from THIS team. Nicoale and Chapi could track them no issues for sure.
  4. To Heather's jealousy she threw a wink and a gun, which gave a small gust to floof her hair back as a playful tease. To Karl she'd tilt her head a little in consideration. "Well, less blades of wind and more augmenting with wind. I augment my movement to float, I can augment my arrows to steer them or accelerate them beyond normal levels, such and the like. I'll need to toy about and explore the scope of it all, but Augment would be the word of the day." Contrary to her stage voice, her off-mic voice was more the casual Remy that everyone present knew. Noble mode was disabled when the attention was off her.
  5. The decorum for nobility generally abhored snacking while walking, especially when one was the center of attention, given the force of the offerings and the general expectation Remy allowed herself a bite or two here or there. And a drink to wash it down, returning the mug to an offered tray with a winning smile and quiet-vs-the-crowd thank you to the server. The path was clear and the stage present. Her eyes were keen and noted both the empty seats and the wayward guests, making no outward sign that she had minus a temporary and minor frown of disappointment. Of course her own parents were present; mother ever stunning in - what is for her - a modest dress for outdoor revelry. Her father was dressed sharply in his his knightly semi-formal wear, the sort that is proper but doesn't denote him having any special role in the festivities directly. A smart choice, by her standards; she had somewhat been worried that he'd be the knight they'd be squiring for and she wasn't keen on being called out for favouritism. When it came time for the speech, hers was short as she was able to make it (which wasn't the shortest by any means). Thanks to the mayor for his announcing, for her teachers and trainers, to her family and lastly the people of Greenbrook. She drew upon an anecdote about her time as a 'junior knight', the title Heather had dubbed her in their tales while running about doing minor 'quests', recounted the inspirations for her seeking the knighthood among those memories and ended with a vow to do her utmost in her service. All in all a well made and presumably well-written speech. *** It was no small thing to say that her greatest desire as a child was to look upon the pool. More than once she had been scolded about the impropriety and that it was simply not allowed. It was a taboo she had not violated (contrary to so many others when she was young and curious) so to call her excited was an understatement. She spent a good full minute of gazing upon its unearthly surface in an attempt (and failure) to memorize every hue and sheen eternally in her mind. She would change into the provided robe and place her offerings where they need lay. The arrow was left to be consumed by as she uttered a small prayer to her ancestors and the famed knights of ages past. With her nerves settled she would descend into the not-quite-waters and delve deep within. *** Her release from its grasp was one of sudden shock that drew in a gasp of air near-audible outside. Her breath was rapid as she ran her hand over her face, feeling a mix of panicked sweat and a few fresh tears. She forced down the amalgam of emotions as she steadied herself, replacing them with the dizzying nausea that she was warned might come about. Her father hadn't told her specifically about his experience but did warn her that it was taxing on the body, giving a short list of symptoms that she was most certainly personally experiencing. Which, all said, pleased her greatly as it meant everything went well! Probably.. That vision was something else for sure. Gathering herself up, she would make to claim her harvest - a long, slender crystal shaft with arched tips and almost feather-like edging at the extremities. Her runes had indeed been solidified into her shoulders and back and centered between them as it had been placed was the topaz mark of her branding, only noted when she was able to get a reflection from the harvest to display the thing. She dressed in her own attire once again, the sweat and tears now long suppressed and wiped away, left for investigation another night when dreams called upon the visions once more. *** Her display for the crowd as she exited was somewhat dramatic, though not as much as Heather's (hard to trump fanfare and fireworks right?). She would make her way confidently along the walk a few steps before gliding as if she were skating, chest forward, arms back and to the side, swiftly gliding in an elegant swan-like posture before a sudden flap of her arms buffeted wind about sending her skyward. A deft forward flip as she landed on the stage. "The winds are my allies and are quick to come to my call~" gesturing with her hands to cast a strong breeze to flap what flags, banners and so on would be hung and held about the crowd before drawing it back to lift herself into the air in a dramatic display of aerial dominance! Admittedly she wasn't flying or doing acrobatics, merely floating a dozen feet off the ground but hey, flying was cool enough itself! Still, she would come down for a landing and let the air return to its own will, making way for the next in line.
  6. Plausible Lies ... of course this is the time I need to roll low. Hope I get that +2 cute bonus!
  7. Remy makes sure not to prod about Lily's problem and quite happily makes chit-chat during the flight. While she is sociable and polite, as long as that camera is on and/or an officiate present, she is ever the model of knightly recruit. A prim and proper noble comrade who tempers her eagerness towards the upcoming ritual with the decorum expected of one of her status. Of course, if the camera and escort were ever to cease, she would return to her more casual, fun-loving state. Perhaps the the cynical this would seem evidence of the duplicity of the noble status and how quickly the veneer of perfection can be dismissed, but in truth evident to anyone who truly knew her, Remy just wanted to be friendly with her friends and enjoy her time with everyone. Regardless of impressions during the flight, she was once again on her best and most charismatic behavior at the Baron's mansion, enjoying the meal with refined dignity and engaging in all the conversations and social obligations expected of her. *** Remy would take a few calming breaths before the craft came in to land, adjusting her attire slightly to make sure everything sat where it should and not a line was out of place (the expression she let slip showing her mild annoyance at the complexities of this backless ensemble). She would put on her crowd-pleasing smile and once able would stand and greet the crowd with a friendly wave, making her way from the craft when expected to do so. While she has encountered a good amount of pomp and circumstance in her life - nobles are ever fond of making rituals out of everything - this was one of the first that was directed at her specifically. As such, her smile was genuine, and while ritual would have her stand before those lower status, she would instead stay with the others, keeping with her fellow recruits as an ally and not leading before them as a noble might normally. Whether this was intentional or merely a reflection of her joy at being regaled alongside her closest friends, one could only guess.
  8. 『Attack 6/11』『Defense 14』『Resistance 8』 『H.P 4 (+5 Party)』 Condition: None Active Powers: Notes: Time-Taxi Bun Chapi would flip back to land on the ground, ready to resume bullying her Nevermore to... see clear skies. Huh. And them bun fists get raised in a silent cheer! Woot! Then comes the Fen-structions, and anyone not already nearby Delores would immediately receive a free Chapi-taxi back to the time closet! But seeing Fen with her weapon above her family's heads, she'd give a blink, turn to the siblings and say. "Your sister has made a heck of alot of distance in short time. We're going to use this vehicle to go pick her up. All of you are tired and she's doubtlessly having a terrible time, so getting everyone a nice, happy ride to safety is best, yes?" There were better ways to handle this than at the threat of a gun. After all, these brothers were right about to fight to the death against a flight of Nevermores; they probably wouldn't think twice about rushing a single, obviously emotional huntress with a gun.
  9. Remy was the picture of noble propriety as she approached the path to the VTOL. Trained in the ways of a proper posture, a dignified step, how to dress and even how to smile, she was adept at playing her role as the noble knight recruit. Her attire was one of practicality and ceremony alike, with fitted leather slacks and a comfortable loose-but-well-fitted blouse and corset. Perhaps the singular oddity to her attire was that her blouse was backless (fashionable, but not her standard preference) which happened to show some of the silvered runes her father had had painted to her skin. "Swift Wings, True Flight" were what they'd spelled and they went from her shoulders, along her arms and over her shoulder-blades to just above her waist, not dissimilar to wings. Worn properly in reverse styling was a topaz amulet which let the gem rest at the center-point of her back between her shoulder-blades, right where the comma of the text might best have fit. The click of her slightly heeled boots would come to a close as she nodded with a charming smile to the Royal Archivist and the camera alike, entering the VTOL after him and speaking as he'd requested. "I am Recruit Remy Dragomir. My tithe is an arrow from the famed Ser Vaston Van der Gricht," opening it to confirm with a light smile, "with hopes it will guide me forth in service to the Kingdom as it did for him. Beyond my requested tithe I bear a Topaz and silvered runes which speak Swift Wings for True Flight. An arrow needs fletching, after all." giving a light smile at the inferred feather joke. With her interview segment complete, Remy would join the rest in her proper seat. For those who knew her from Greenbrook you could count on one hand the number of times Remy wore heels in public. In fact it might have been a standing bet whether she could manage to walk in them at all. Yet here she was with poise and panache, even dolled up with a little makeup. A rare day indeed! She'd give everyone a nod and smile, "Good to see everyone, old faces and new." looking to Lily at the mention of a new face "Forgive me if I miss titles for our first formal meeting, as I've tarried behind your introductory meet. Remy Dragomir as you've heard, Miss Lily..?" her tone raised slightly as if waiting to be corrected if a noble house or earned title should be added.
  10. 『Attack 6/11』『Defense 14』『Resistance 8』 『H.P 4 (+5 Party)』 Condition: None Active Powers: Notes: Dempsy-Roll Bun Chapi would cling to the top of the Nevermore's beak/head for dear life as it bucked and tried to take bites at her. Anyone nearby might hear her telltale "~~eeeeeeeeEEEEEEeeeee~~" as she was flown about on the world's least appealing airline. During one particularly fierce buck she would release early and slip into ClockStopper, launching herself off of the Nevermore's wing and slipping back into real-time to deliver a blazing boot of dust before slipping back into Clockstopper to rebound off of the other wing and repeat, sending what would look to anyone else like a flurry of rapid-fire blazing kicks to the fierce fowl! Mechanics Move Action: Imp. Agile Feint Standard: Combat Training + Instant Flurry + Burning Kick

  12. Notes Remy was very outgoing and tomboyish when she was younger, being that kid who came home dirty/scratched up every time from climbing trees and hopping creeks and stuff. As she grew older and more refined, she didn't really stop exploring and adventuring but she did get better at coming home more respectable. Remy adores the knightly code of conduct. She would always stand up for those being bullied and go looking for lost items, rescue cats from trees and find lost sheep, all that good stuff. As she got older, she still went about doing these things but the level of lordly dignity had grown, which was what started that Princely Misconception around her. Josef and Remy are diametrically opposed in attitude. Unaware that Josef would actively avoid her due to his misconceptions of her reasoning and his complicated family drama about the knighthood, she sought out her family's advice wherein her sister inferred that Josef had a crush on her. "Boys his age don't know what to do when they like a girl, so they get shy and hide". As a result if Remy ever spots Josef, she will always greet him and try to be extra nice to him, being sure not to chase after him if he flees. "A Dragomir woman does not chase; she is chased. You will hurt his pride if you go after him." Remy sees Heather as her best friend. Remy would bring her along on nearly every adventure and Heather would hype up everything they did, making for some of the wildest stories in the village for certain. As Remy matured, her family's tutelage reigned in her careless and wild demeanor. She still adored adventure but she'd take measures to avoid mud puddles and slick creek slopes so as to stay cleaner, washing up more often to keep the sweat away, using better (albeit unscented) soaps to keep her skin and hair clean and healthy. Her penchant for slacks and boots over dresses and heels when combined with her more refined mannerisms and knightly attitude were what started the peculiar case of flustered women's adoration for the young squire. Remy isn't overly fond of the noble mannerisms and seemingly silly rituals for everything. She knows all of it, as she would never wish to shame her family with ignorance, but the idea that you cannot use a salad fork for meat as well or that you need to always bow with your right hand lower than the left and no more than 29 degrees of arch in the back is just too senseless. However, she is a Dragomir and she will do as she must as a noble. But, if ever she is lacking the proper cutlery, she will - and without complaint - use what's available for her meal times. And if there are no other nobles about, her speech will generally turn more casual.
  13. 『Attack 6/11』『Defense 14』『Resistance 8』 『H.P 4 (+5 Party)』 Condition: None Active Powers: Notes: Vanishing Bun Chapi would note the trio heading outside and give a tsk, looking at them as she winds up to scold them. "I already said she's fine! I can say with absolute certainty that she's going to be alr-" and then she was replaced by a giant beak where she once stood. Of course, once the Nevermore continued its path, anyone paying any attention would see Chapi straddling the beak, holding on for dear life dramatically taunting the bird with her expert agility! As the Nevermore banked, she would be sure to add "We'll talk more later, no dying allowed!" Mechanics So, Move to maintain pace, mechanically speaking, and Standard to Agile Feint on Nevermore 8, got a 39 on it.
  14. Feint Attempt on NM8 Kinda wish you could add rolls after the fact to other posts. Either that, or if you can, that I knew how. Correction! Nevermore 5! not 8!

Aerokinetic Guidance: Damage gains Unavoidable 2 [8]. Remy can use the wind to guide her arrows to her targets, making her shots basically impossible to entirely avoid, although sufficiently elusive foes might at least be able to get away with merely a grazing hit. Called Shot [Physical/Physiological] [Bleed, Disruption, or Malfunction]: Weaken Resistance 4 (Broad, Brutal, Limited [Full Action]) [8]. By taking additional time to aim, Remy can shoot a particular point on a target’s body, causing additional damage and impairing them in various ways. While this attack defaults to Weakening Resistance, Remy can Weaken any single chosen basic trait (Attack, Defense, Effect, Resistance, Powers, or Skills) if she activates the Broad extra. Calculations Stats 16 + Skills 10 + Advantages 14 + Powers 20 = 60 PP (PL 4) Complications Princely Knightess [Quirk] - As Remy grew out of her frogs and fireflies stage and matured from her family's tutelage into a respectable woman, a unique mixture came forth. Remy's penchant for slacks and boots over heels and dresses gave her a more masculine attire and look in general. Her preference for shorter hair could also have her mistaken as an effeminate man from a distance. Add to this her knightly demeanor and noble mannerisms and she is quite the perfect prince for any princess. As such, she enchants the hearts of women far more than the hearts of men and often causes ripples as a result. Knightly Oath [Honour/Responsibility] - Remy takes the knight's oath very seriously and intends to act as one of her station should. Knights are the shield of the people and the sword of the kingdom and oath is what prevents rust from weakening those roles. Noblesse Oblige [Motivation/Responsibility] - As a noble, Remy has a responsibility to act with generosity and nobility towards those less privileged than herself. While this comes in mild conflict with keeping herself to a higher stature, Remy takes this task with great seriousness and will always help support the weak and impoverished when she is able. While this is often in-line with the knight's creed, there are some areas where it differs. Where Adventure Calls! [Motivation] - Remy has always had a strong amount of wanderlust. She craves new environments, new challenges and adventures, new sights to see and things to experience. While she has always wished to be a Knight it's hard to say whether her it was her want for adventure that drew her to the knighthood or her knight worship draws her to seek adventure. Familial Obligations [Responsibility] - Perhaps a tangent to the already layered responsibilities of being both a Knight and a Noble, Remy has to keep in mind the well-being of her family and the name they bear. A Knight's Duty is to the Kingdom; A Noble's Duty is to their Family. Though she would never dream of there being a conflict, having three lines of strict codes to follow makes for a complicated web to adhere to.
  17. 『Attack 6/11』『Defense 14』『Resistance 8』 『H.P 5 (+5 Party)』 Condition: None Active Powers: Notes: Timey-Wimey Bun Perhaps one of the benefits of having a semblance that lets you stop time is that wardrobe changes are instantaneous and can occur anywhere. However, being Chapi, she still went to a place with no line of sight so that in case something bizarre happened her team wouldn't see her bare bun. Still, Ninja Chapi! returns to the front, this time sporting a new mask. And once the doors were open, she was gone. ClockStopper molasses engulfed her as she moved to collect the Fable siblings from the battlefield, plucking them from wherever they were stationed and in whatever state and forcing a hand-holding chain-of-friendship to ensure they were all able to last in ClockStopper's peculiar timey-wimey wonderland. If any fainted or slipped the grip she'd reclaim them with relative ease but the final destination would be Dolores wherein the Fable siblings would be deposited and released from her grip. Standing in the doorway, scarf flapping dramatically in the wind, Chapi would speak to the doubtlessly confused brothers! "Wandering Hunters. Here to kill Grimm. No questions. Wait here. Sister's safe. We'll deal with the Nevermores. Don't die! That's an order!" and immediately rush back out to the battle! Dramatic! Mechanics So, Chapi activates I'm Late!, Heritage Training: Hare's Endurance, You're Late! and Between the Moments to form the world's longest conga-line and drag all the Fables back to Dolores for safekeeping. Mathed the path and I have 200ft of movement to spare so it should be wholly doable.

"Oh, secret elevator to the time travel thing, got it!" stepping inside thereafter. Then, a moment later, she could be heard (with a cavernous echo for good measure) "NOT an Elevator!!" Sufficed to say, there was much bun zoom inside as she nerded out over consoles and tech stuff.
  19. Name: Ser Remy Dragomir (Of Greenwood) Age: 17 Gender: Female Height: 5'9" Gemstone: Topaz (Intended) Notable Features: Ashen-Black Short Hair and crystal runes down her arms and back. Description Remy Dragomir is a tall, slender woman with modest endowment and ashen-black hair. Her body is toned from a tomboyish youth and later combat training and while her musculature is masked beneath apparel, any amount of skinship will reveal her hard work and efforts. Rarely wearing any form of makeup or perfume and never one for dresses or skirts, Ser Remy is oft mistaken for an effeminate man (a detail she herself doesn't seem to mind). She favours comfortable slacks and jerkins, preferring function to form in most all situations. Rare are the days she is ever dolled up as one would expect of a noblewoman knightess, and each of those moments are always at the hands of her mother or siblings. Backstory Born in 547 F.B to Ser Remmington Dragomir and Lady Ydrale Dragomir in the holding of Violdale, Remy Dragomir was the second child of what was to later become four siblings. The eldest is her sister Rayne followed by herself and then her younger brother Raubert and their youngest sister Ryuubi. The penchant for R-based names is a known trait among her family for the sole reason that their mother adores the sound of R's. Remy's father claimed significant fame as a Knight in his youth, having slain a great number of demons in very dramatic displays, earning him and thus their family the title and lands they now enjoy. Remy's mother was a powerhouse in her own right, though one more towards politics and social matters, earning herself the title of The Enchantress Ydrale (though it is oft besmirched by her envious rivals as The Witch Ydrale). Theirs was a courtship that could fill many a bard's purse, but to keep this bit from being wholly about them, it will be said that they worked heard for eachother's affections and are quite madly in love. Remy's eldest sister has inherited her mother's masterful wit and social mannerisms (alongside her lovely proportions). Her younger brother is already quite tall and looking to be following in her father's footsteps for physique and skill with the sword. Remy herself however finds herself leaning more towards her father's traits than her mother's. She is quite tall for a woman, slim like her mother but devoid of the... youthful developments her mother and elder sister have enjoyed. Enamoured by her father's tales of adventure and glory she was quick to take to seeking out her own legends, much to the chagrin of the housemaids and landsmen of their estate. She listened earnestly to the lessons of courtly etiquette and the womanly tips her mother tried to pass along, but this would never be the life she would live and the whole family (if not the whole region) was very aware. As such, her parents had her pack her things and move to their summer-home in Greenbrook at the young age of thirteen, where she would reside until the present day. This is not to say she was abandoned by her family, mind. Her mother and father visited often, spending much of the warm season there with the entire family. However, it would be remiss to think that her personal habits of climbing trees and exploring the woodlands would not damage the reputation of her family; a fact she was all too aware of. Her sister was of the age where she was moving into the political arena, off to score alliances and allegiances among the wealthy elite, all while positioning herself for a political marriage that she would hopefully control. To have her younger tomboy sibling smearing metaphorical mud on the hem of her silks was a set-back to be certain, and as thus Remy herself chose the exile to Greenbrook (though for equal measures duty and desire for adventure). Though, in no small amount of irony, Remy's proportions and mannerisms have found significant appeal among the young women in her area, somehow managing to flip that princely switch in their hearts. Returning to the woman this backstory is for, Remy spent a great deal of her time exploring the lands of her home estate and Greenbrook alike, brazenly climbing near every tree, boulder and bluff she could find and lighting every corner of every cave, nook and cranny she'd come across. She has been bitten and stung by near every insect she'd neared, sustained or poisoned by near every mystery food she'd found and stricken with an uncountable number of rain and chill induced cold a child could manage. And after she'd returned every time she would tell her parents what she'd found and learned in great detail leaving nothing out, eyes glimmering in youthful joy even as the scratches and bumps built up on her frame (not that her mother or handmaids would let them remain, ever treating her with tonic, tincture and technology). Though her greatest love was the journey to the new and previously unseen, the thrill of hunting was her next favoured to be certain. She joined the boys on their hunts for game, even managing to claim a hare or deer on occasion happily presenting them to her parents (though her mother did faint at the sight of her daughter soaked in the blood of a fresh kill). Having moderate skill with the blade, she was quick to master the bow, favouring it over more potent firearms for its silence and striking power. This is not to say she disregarded firearms, but the sensation of drawing the bowstring, lining the shot, the cutting of the air and the pull and flex in her hand as the arrow was loosed. She compared it to communion with the divine, a certain moment of absolute connection between herself and the world around her. Perhaps then it is understandable why she continued with the bow into her training and favoured it so highly in the trials before her submersion in the crystalline waters. Lastly we must speak on matters of her greater inspiration and desire for knighthood. Sufficed to say, her father's tales of knightly valour and adventurous escapades were a major driving force, but one must never underestimate the PR wing of the Order of the Lion. The iconic knights in their glistening armour, traveling the world righting wrongs and protecting the innocent! Ever on watch to protect your home, your lands, your beloved family! Begin your training today and stand alongside us in service to the Kingdom! She was "doomed" the moment she saw the first broadcast. She hopes to enlist among the lions herself, making her family and the kingdom proud and safe! Family Details Ser Remmington Dragomir (Father - Knight) - Remy's father and source of her motivation to become a knight. An upstanding man of honour with a notable military history. He himself is a Knight of the Flame, though he does not begrudge Remy's desire to seek a different path. He is a tall man of 6'5" with a muscular physique, short ashen hair and stately goatee. He favours a longsword but is adept with most melee weaponry alongside throwing axes. He himself is somewhat weak on the political front but his beloved wife (with whom he is in an eternal honeymoon with) makes up for his deficiencies therein. He is a loving, doting father, an active hunter and a military man through and through. It has been said that were anything to stand before him obstructing either his quest or his family that there would be nothing left but ash and sorrow. Lady Ydrale Dragomir (Mother - Socialite) - Remy's mother and famed beauty of the realm. Gifted with an hourglass figure and appreciable assets doubtlessly intended for child-rearing, the Lady Ydrale was the target of a great many courtiers. To each she gave a quest and each would either give up at its audacity or fail in obscurity. All save her now-husband Ser Remmington. The exact details of his quest are lost to the rumour and exaggeration but somewhere within are tales of scaling a mountain covered in demons to obtain a flower which blooms only at midnight once every second new moon of winter and returning while it still held its petals and frozen dew, all without the aid of a vehicle. How true that is remains a mystery but none question it aloud for fear of angering the Lady herself. After all, this is the man she chose to wed; he must have accomplished the impossible, no? Lady Ydrale plays the strict mother in public but cannot help but spoil her children at home. She treats them to lovely clothes, expensive sweets and will often interfere with any physical training for fear of them getting the smallest injury (though her husband eventually wins out there in the end). It was with great internal conflict that she sent Remy to Greenbrook while Rayne began her "political career" and more than twice has she tried to hurry off to visit her distant daughter. Rayne Dragomir (Eldest Sister - 1st Child) - A lovely young woman to be sure with a clever mind to back up her beautiful body. Two years Remy's elder, Rayne has taken up the political trade under her mother's tutelage and is quite the quick learner. She is well-adept in courtly graces and spends most of her time in Strael strengthening bonds with active (and potential) allied families. She and Remy have a somewhat unique relationship. There are a number who believe the pair dislike eachother given the conversational duelling that they are oft seen engaging in, but this ire is surface-level at best. They are actually quite close and each envy the other's strengths as they are quite opposite one another. Rayne is very appreciative that Remy cared enough about her future to choose a sort of exile at the summer-home in Greenbrook and while she does miss her sister, the pair write one another quite actively, preferring letters to more traditional communication for the sake of archival. Rayne does have a bit of a sinister side however; should anyone speak ill of her family in her presence, regardless of the level of sleight, Rayne will make note and begin plans to "punish" this person's insolence in some social, detached manner that leaves her free of suspicion. More than one foolish loudmouth has fallen victim to Rayne's malice and more will likely follow. Raubert Dragomir - (Younger Brother - Second Child) - Raubert is now fourteen years old and already a good ways into his growth spurt. Quickly gaining height and muscle he is well on his way to reaching the physicality of their father and as such, recieves personal training from him on the regular as father-son bonding. Like his father, he favours a blade and is expected to join the Knights of the Flame when he completes his training in a few years' time. His two elder sisters are quick to join their mother in spoiling him, though he views this more as annoying familial teasing than anything. He has declared Remy his rival, both due to her entering the knighthood before him alongside her apparent charm over the local maidens. A bit awkward thanks to the throes of puberty, he is ever envious over how some women seem to swoon over her sister's mannerisms and eagerly awaits the day they will turn their eyes his way instead. Despite his declaration and envy, he does love his sister and would die to protect her (as a good man should). Ryuubi Dragomir - (Youngest Sister - Third Child) - Ryuubi is a young six years old now and while her future course is uncertain, she seems to take after her eldest sister the most. Ever the precocious child, she is wholly aware of the power that being the youngest wields and makes no end of trouble for her elder siblings, escaping blame more often than not by turning the power of her innocent eyes on their mother. Even with these antics the whole family dotes on her heavily; a fact she takes great advantage of.
  20. 『Attack 6/11』『Defense 14』『Resistance 8』 『H.P 5 (+5 Party)』 Condition: None Active Powers: Notes: Counter-Point Bun Chapi sighs and signs back to Fen "No, we'd only have to find Doctor Brown, since you need him for all this." her expression one of seriousness rather than back-at-ya-ness that would normally be "appropriate" for this back and forth. "If the stars have aligned and given you the chance to save your family, then we should make sure the odds are the highest. If things failed because of your presence, Fen... Could you live with yourself if you lost them a second time?" She would move to cross her arms to make her stance known, but then stop and instead resort to a lean since, well, crossed arms make it very hard to sign. "Don't pretend you can replace all of us in this scenario. And I was just checking in the first place; no need to get all hostile." Looking back to Doc Brown Chapi would ask one last thing. "Is there a chance of any of us getting stranded in the past? Not that you'd leave us behind, Doctor Brown, but if we can't make multiple trips and one of us is stuck, that implies that we can't go back and get that person, doesn't it?"
  21. 『Attack 6/11』『Defense 14』『Resistance 8』 『H.P 5 (+5 Party)』 Condition: None Active Powers: Notes: Mandatory Inquiry Bun Chapi shifted her posture a little, visibly weighing the new information in her mind. It was quite clear from her body language she was not a fan of messing with timelines, safe or otherwise, and it would take some time for her to tone in again. Holding the Grimmbone necklace about her neck, she'd rub her thumb along it a few times before finally speaking up once more. "Alright. 80% is good. Do the numbers increase without Fen present?" She would glance over to Fen as she continued. "Popping in on what could probably be called the most traumatic moment of your life - albeit yes, to fix things - isn't exactly something that screams confidence in emotional stability. If one of us is going to get a redo on their childhood suffering, I'd rather the numbers be as high as possible."
  22. 『Attack 6/11』『Defense 14』『Resistance 8』 『H.P 5 (+5 Party)』 Condition: None Active Powers: Notes: If/Else/Then Bun Chapi is a good student, and quite the smart sort. However, her focus at this moment is almost unnerving in its intensity. It is quite clear that she wishes to miss nothing and to mistake nothing. However, she sees Fen's signs and immediately sighs/speaks to ask "And what would happen if past Fen spots future Fen or worst case, directly encounters her? Or if past Fen - due to the greater amount of combat - decides to return and sees us/them? She doesn't remember us from then at present, and doesn't remember seeing them dead or alive at present, but our interference might make changes in that regard, no? Do we have a plan in place to ensure past her doesn't botch this whole thing in her emotional state? Is there some early-warning we will have before a critical error?" She takes a breath and resumes with her signing and speaking. "Given that it won't destroy the timeline, the mission can still be done, and I doubt Fen is going to listen if I say otherwise for any reason, which is fine, but if this mission fails or worse, affects past-Fen in some manner, what will happen? Aside for her family facing a possibly worse death that is."
