  1. After missing his swing, Suibne allows the cart to absorb his momentum -that is to say, he slams into it with his full weight- before bouncing off and moving to close in with the other trio of archers, flinging an axe ahead of himself as he moves towards them. OOC Move One towards the upper archers. I think I can get just past the late bandit 11 Main: Toss an axe at bandit 14
  2. Seeing Otto abandon his position, Suibne moves to close the gap, pulling the axe from the loop on his belt by the head, adjusting his grip mid-run to be wielding it, and finally bringing it up towards the bandit. OOC Move: move to the hex two hexes under Eabha; Main: Attack, Axe, 1d6+2 3/AC 15
  3. Suibne greets the rush of enemies with a blade flung into the dark, and then quickly produces a second to throw again. OOC Round 1: Move: Hold attack. Main (As Instant): Ranged attack with my Lucky Dagger (1d6(+2), 1(+2)/15) Round 2: Main: Follow up with a thrown Throwing Blade (1d4(+2), -) Both at the guy between TokTok and himself, or whoever else is available otherwise.
  4. Warned in advance, Suibne grabs his belongings, moves near a wagon for cover, and then proceeds to make sure he's well-equipped for what promises to be a prolonged fight. He raises his eyebrows a little at Xan's intensity, showing a mix of surprise and amusement, but stays quiet for now. OOC Suibne can carry up to seven items, in his case - Armour - 3 Shield - 1 5 throwing blades - 1 New Lucky Dagger - 1 Handaxe - 1
  5. Oh I thought we could fill in the space between two wagons, but that seems like it wouldn't work. They're this kind of wagon right? So so long as you're firing more or less along the length of the wagon, you should be able to fire fairly freely while being in good cover (and probably obscurity), and be able to get in and out?
  6. I am late to this party but very excited to be in it!
  7. Could we (relatively quickly) dump out a wagonload of silt to reduce the chokepoints from 4 to 3? It feels like a wagonload of silt is not worth that much money and us not being killed is. I think Suibne would start on top of a wagon and then hop down as the situation demands. Allows him to throw daggers from the cover of the wagon along the east-west axis at least (his Focus means thrown weapons are also melee weapons, which I really should look into using more effectively).
  8. Suibne raises his eyebrows, then flips the still-bloody knife in his hands. "Huh, you're right!" he responsds to Eabha. "Guess it's good luck for me!" He wipes the blade on the bugbear's clothes, then yanks the spear Otto threw at it free to return it to the young man, and tucks the knife away. Then, he focuses on the dead merchant. "Poor guy." With a sigh, he goes to work moving the corpses. In sharp contrast to Otto he is, while not exactly his usual cheerful self, taking things in stride. He's happy to let Eabha and the others handle further questions of ownership, though.
  9. With nothing but the hobgoblin's dagger between himself and getting stabbed again, Suibne swings his weapon before he swung at.
  10. Suibne did not anticipate a hobgoblin in the cart. In truth, Suibne did not anticipate being in the cart until he was in the cart, as his mind was still catching up to the rest of him. But there he is, with some creature swinging a weapon at him. Suibne looks back, at where his equipment is neatly stacked by his bedroll. Then at the axe, coming in for a second swing. He blinks, then yanks free the dagger and swings it at the hobgoblin. Move action - Draw dagger from the merchant's chest. Sorry merchant. Main Action - Stab!
  11. So would I be able to shove someone off a wagon and then get that wagon moving as a single action or as two?
  12. I can take 2 points of damage I think...
  13. I forgot to add the +5 but I don't think I'm getting that action...
