  1. Logan Malone "Should'a guessed, jus' that if the guy I was lookin' for were in town, he would'a ended up 'round here. Ah well, thanks anyway." He pats the bouncer on the shoulder as he heads in. He goes in and heads for the cigarette machine, paying however much a pack costs. He'll take one out of the pack, realize he doesn't have a lighter, and go up to the bartender. "Can ya spare a light?" He holds the cigarette forward for a light in one hand, and starts making a phone call with the other. C'mon, Clay, answer.
  2. Logan Malone Logan loiters around his car for a while, leaning against the door with his arms crossed. After awhile, he gets bored hanging around on his own and approaches the bouncer, slapping the him tenner he wants into his hand with a handshake. "Hey, big man, you see an outlander come by here? Uh, other than me of course. Trucker cap with the mesh back? Kinda skinny? Oh, and do you guys got a cigarette machine in there?" Inventory update: -$10
  3. Logan Malone "Sounds about right, ya seem to be the biggest outta all of us," Logan says to Badge. He then turns back to Wolf to answer her question. He says to Wolf, "Yeah, there's room in the trunk. Just, uhh, push the MREs back there to the side before ya throw that in so ya don't squish 'em." He then says to Arm, "Only two doors, sorry. And if I see ya with a hacksaw giving my car funny looks, I'll cut two extra doors into you. I wouldn't worry about it too much, anyway; we are repo'ing a van, after all." Finally, he speaks to the group as a whole. "Alright, since it sounds like most of us are up for the bar, I'll be drivin' there. The fellas in the backseat can watch the footage of the theft, see if there's anythin' in it that they'd wanna check out the crime scene for." Once everyone packs their things away the way they want and are in the car, he would finally get into his seat and start the engine. Whatever rough usage the exterior has seen certainly wasn't hurting the engine, which roars to life as Logan turns the key in the ignition.
  4. Logan Malone "Ha, who doesn't like a bar?" Logan says back to Arm. "Ever been to a place called the Blast Furnace? Beer's cheap enough that all the chop shop guys hang around there. If our van passed through there, someone there aughta know." Logan looks at both Wolf and Arm. "Wolf n' Arm, huh? I take it those're callsigns an' not given names. Well, I'm Logan, but if ya need something to call me over a radio or phone someone might be listenin' in on, 'Leadfoot' will do." He walks out the door of the lobby to his car, a beat-up two-door muscle car that looks like it's older than the grandparents of anyone on the team, and about as dust-covered as you'd expect an outlander car to look. He opens the driver side door and pulls the driver seat forward to reveal the cramped backseat that three of the team would have to slip into. "Well, I said I could fit five, but I never said it'd be a comfortable five. I guess we should all be glad we're repoing a van. Anyone wanna call shotgun yet?"
  5. Logan Malone Ah, cool, a cargo van. It disappointed him a bit that, even with everyone's payouts combined, the payout is barely the chop value of the van. Then again, given that everyone else had roots in this city, Logan recognized that he was probably the only one who would even consider pissing off Manticore by taking the van for themselves and skipping town, and at the end of the day, what could you expect from these skinflint corps? Logan copies the data to his smartphone if he can, since it's the only device he has to hand. "I know a place where we can probably pick up a lead, if no one's got any other plans. A bar down by the marina." He leans back in his seat. "When everyone's satisfied, we can all hop into my car to go where we need to go. We should all juuuuuuuuuuust about fit. It'll be between you four who gets to sit up front."
  6. Logan Malone Logan listened to the brief, ankle of his left leg resting upon his right knee, his hands folded, index fingers pressed together and resting at his lips in thought. As a person with an affinity for 'vehicles', something about the description of the job struck him as... odd. "Seein' as you're talkin' like someone allergic to the word 'car', I take it we're not just bein' asked to repo some exec's prized classic Impala or somethin', then? I think it'd help if we knew what we're tryin' to get back. After all, we'll find out eventually, won't we?" His voice has a bit of an accented drawl, common to those contraband runners and nomads of the Outlands.
  7. Seeing Tarantino scripts being mentioned and debating with myself whether or not I should post that Death Proof script excerpt for the lols
  8. I'm up for Logan having crossed paths with one of the other teammates, maybe he tried to hustle them at darts or pool or something
  9. Logan's an out-of-towner, so unless other people have any ideas any history with him that goes back more than a week will take some justifying :P

They've known each other since they were young boys, with Logan being the "Bandit" to Clay's "Snowman" back in the day. Background A who-knows-what-th generation Outlander, Logan was born to the wheel. He grew up getting used to being constantly on the move, getting used to not seeing friends for weeks, months, or ever again, getting used to never setting deep roots anywhere. When stole his first car at thirteen, he struck out on his own from his parents and never looked back. Since then, he's survived on relatively petty crime; street racing, underground pit fighting, and occasionally bar game hustling when he just needs a meal. He's not got much background in what he'd call "real" crime, but everyone starts somewhere, and, when the pockets really start running thin like his are now, what else is someone like him to do?
  11. Oh, fug I have some stuff to finish up on my sheet still, sorry bout that. I'll try to do that today C:
  12. Just got struck with the realization that my character concept's competencies are just Kato from The Green Hornet lol
  13. OKAY, Apparently I'm rolling hot today. Since we're gonna be a driver we'll obv probably bump that Dex to 14 C: I might actually have to throw out my rolls for the array because I can't not take the Prodigy (Dexterity) edge for this concept but at the same time I'd feel like the biggest scumbag on planet Earth doing that and then also bumping Wisdom to 14 with the rolls I have STR: 11 (+0) DEX: 7 -> 18 (+3) (See Edges) CON: 14 (+1) INT: 12 (+0) WIS: 9 (+0) CHA: 10 (+0) Background: Outlander Background Skills: Survive-0, Punch-0, Connect-0, Sneak-0 Learning Rolls Contact: One Friend Contact Rolls Ehhhhhh not sure I like this contact, might reroll or do manually later.
