Hello there, I've stumbled onto this game and I was thinking of maybe putting in an app. I just had a little question about Enigma. The character I had in mind was probably going to be a human, but didn't really see them being part of "big" crime. Like when you mentioned that the Enigma dealing more with the petty theft and targets the tourists, and I thought that would be more their speed.   So I guess what I'm asking is, how often does a non-AI/Robotic become part of the Enigma's chain of command? Or would humans be considered more "pawns" in Enigma's eyes?
