Make a new thread under the Characters menu. Use the WR&M books to create a character, see p.35 of the core book for a helpful summary. Add two more talents to your character.

The optional Warrior, Rogue & Scholar variant on p.14 of the core book is in effect.

Just posted an early character concept, feedback is welcome!

I'm not really sure I 100% understand how spellcasting works...what exactly do you need arcane implements for? what is the mana stored in them used for? can they run out of mana? Can I start the game with it fully charged?

Playing a villager is perfectly fine.

You don't need an arcane implement, though it is useful.

- You can store mana in it, which can be used to cast spells.

- They are charged by the character spending mana on it (2 mana for one 'stored mana')

- You can buy one and start with it half charged (this is on-the-spot DM ruling).

A few more questions.

Would the craftsman talent grant advantages when dealng with your craft of choice? For example, finding the weakpoint in a door to more easily to destroy it because you've made them before.

And how does time work in the world?
