So I rolled, spent a shatterdie, reached a result of 20, and rested to replenish Shatterdice, as you said. Why do I have to make another roll, and why has the difficulty gone up to 23? I did some more thinking on how to set up the whole scene after your contributions and reworded the areas (there are now four). If she can hit that 23, you're all in to the apartments. If she misses it, then only she is invited that far and you'll have to figure out a way for you all to get access. I apologize for not making it clearer where I had rolled, and will be clearer next time. I have rolled the exploded Shatterdie with a result of 5, thus raising the result to 25. That should clear a difficulty of 23.
