Tulki, Kobold Thaumaturge

A crazy little kobold from a crazy little kobold cult, doing his best to duct tape together random scraps of semi-knowledge into a defense against the tall mammalian forces of darkness that beset his people.

Tulki is a member of the Cult of the Conquering Wyrm. They follow the guidance of the spirit of what they believe to be a great dragon, recovering valuable knoweldge or artifacts they can find in the forgotten or cast off corners of the world with the hopes of helping the kobold people rise up (metaphorically; they're pretty happy living underground, but it would be nice if it was just a bit posher) and take their rightful place in the world. The Cult has sent Tulki along to make sure that they and the Hookclaws get as much as they can from the new discovery before those pesky other kobold clans take it all away like they always do.

The Conquering Wyrm is actually the Conquering Worm (spelling is not the cult's strong suit), a giant demon earthworm that is an embodiment of decay. It's not clear that this mistake matters much, as the Worm is happy enough to help its minions along to power and wealth if they serve it loyally, and it can always put on a dragon mask and a pair of wings in the event of an eldritch Zoom meeting.
