Malkavian Grin Posted January 21 Clone Share Posted January 21 Maya works for Alderaanian Security as part of Senator Bail Organa's personal detail. She is a bubbly, energetic individual with a heart of gold and a penchant for altruism. She believes in doing the right thing and standing up for those that need it. Maya recently was saved from Sel Zonn Station and Imperial custody by a group of unknown individuals. She received grievous wounds there but got treatment and eventual surgery. Maya is now doing much better and likely on a new assignment. On Sel Zurr Station, a similar situation played out involving another of Organa's security agents, Tamara. Sadly, she and another member of that team did not make it off the station before exfiltration. It is likely that they are dead or in Imperial custody. Switch is an autonomous droid who claims to have no owner. He works as an information broker but a recent turf war with a Chevin named Ganga Lor stirred things up. His best friend seems to be an astromech named R5-B8. Switch speaks as if a verbose aristocrat and consistently calls other sentient lifeforms "organics" much to their chagrin. He was eager to do business with a team of newly formed rebels but was ultimately back-stabbed by them as well as his own employees. Ganga Lor shot R5 to try making Switch compliant. Instead, the information broker used a failsafe bomb in his chassis and blew himself and the Chevin up. Stories shared by the team of rebels hold mismatched details about Switch. Another version of the story goes that a droid of the exact same appearance and name (and even the desk he sat at) successfully did business with the rebels who then defended Switch from Uss'uo, an Aqualish gang boss. The boss got away but without any of his gang. His astromech was named R7-B8. Captain Sirona Okeefe is a hot-shot pilot who got tired of all the smuggling deals gone wrong because of the Empire. She's middle-aged but is constantly mistaken for being several decades younger due to her fair looks. Sirona is flirty and light on details, seeming to keep everyone comfortable around her but often at arms-length. While helping Senator Bail Organa, Sirona brings her ship the Banshee into the mix. It's not a great ship by any means but she's extremely familiar with what it can and can't do. Her piloting is either loved or hated by the passengers. To help with navigation is a black astromech named RX-13 or "Crash" if he likes you. Senator Bail Organa previously held a role on the Galactic Senate when that meant something. After the Emperor's takeover, the Senate means very little. The Senator has taken things into his own hands and begun making silent moves against the Empire. He is also a member of a royal family on Alderaan. Bail is a kind, understanding man that can be serious and stern when the times calls for it. He would much prefer there wasn't a constant need for the stuffiness, but understands the use of political power all too well. Secretly he thinks about retirement. Vazus Mandrake is an old ex-Separatist with a dark past. He's trying to make up for it in his own way by living peacefully with a tribe of Felucians. He acts as their translator for outsiders. Mandrake clearly has a drinking problem as he tends to be just a touch overly friendly with his vernacular. Recently Mandrake worked with the newly formed team of rebels to take a bomb into a local Imperial Facility and blow it up. Imperial Admiral Gilder Varth has been under arrest by the Empire for suspicion of being a traitor. He was being held in a garrison on Felucia until he could be transferred elsewhere for questioning. Before that happened a group of rebels rescued him as they took over the building. Senator Bail Organa has been in communication with the ex-Admiral to discuss Imperial secrets and classified information. He is considered a high-value target.
