"Thanks for your eyes," she called back to Denrag, then moved forward another 30 feet. With no enemies on her yet, she took this moment to ask Matravash for some additional assistance in this battle, hoping for a bit of divine luck to strike down these vile demons.

One Erinyes dies. The other Erinyes fires on Quake but rolls terribly. The Shadows go invisible. The Babau bide their time.

 

 


Denrag blasts Babau 1 AC 23 for 23 damage
Quack attacks Erinyes and Shadow (E 30, 28)(S 12, 11, 15)
Sabrael summons Hound Archon and starts summoning another
Sunna casts Divine Favor

 

Erinyes 2 moves back (5 foot step) and full attacks on Quake
Shadow 1 takes a move action to become invisible. 
Shadow 2 takes a move action to become invisible. 
Shadow 3 takes a move action to become invisible. 

Babau 1 moves and hides

Babau 2 moves and hides

Denrag gave Sunna a nod as he spied the babau moving out of sight to the southeast. "They're falling back, probably hoping to draw us in." It was unfortunate that there was little they could do but play along. Still, he doubted the fiends realized just how far he could truly see when he needed. He drifted forward a bit more, hoping to catch a glimpse of the creatures. When none appeared, he gauged where they might have gone and loosed another current of air in a similar direction. This time he left it diffuse, causing no damage to the area but in return he was able to maintain the air current without further straining his body. Instead he prepared himself to wield the silver and iron wind. Hopefully they would come to grips soon and though he couldn't see Quake he knew enough of the man to figure he was pressuring the group from the other side. "They've moved southeast, I'll try and get a read on their location. No sign of the shadow demons though. " Denrag grunted as he saw one of the Babau. He turned his head, trying to speak so his voice didn't carry too far. "The Babau seem to be retreating around a building, probably waiting for us."

Quake throws the body of the demon asside and turns on the Erinyes 2. His attacks are laced with power that sends half of the attacks wide but lands a vicious bite, claw and tail slam.

His bite gets hold of the demom, and Quake lets out a muffled roar through teeth and flesh.

With all the enemies hidden from view there isn't much Sunna can do but continue to cautiously advance. Knowing the shadows would likely conceal themselves, she remembers her training for fighting invisible enemies.

Sabrael sends both summons forward with Denrag and Sunna (one each) to help them in their attack.

Seeing that the entire party is attacking, she moves forward and starts summoning yet another Hound Archon.

 

Cast: Summon Monster IV (Hound Archon).

 

 

Note to DM, Denrag and Sunna: Denrag's archon will attack together with Denrag, targeting the same enemy, and Sunna's archon will do the same with Sunna's target.

Also, each archon will cast Aid on the champion they are with:

Sunna +15 temp. hit points, +1 to hit and saves vs. fear

Denrag +9 temporary hit points, +1 to hit and saves vs. fear

Finally, both Denrag and Sunna are under the effect of the archons' magic circle against evil aura.

Drunva pings another location to spot from
Quake moves to attack the Erines and the shadows around him come alive slashing at him but none pierce his skin. Several of his attacks hit the Erinyes and he manages to grab her.
Sunna shifts her battle stance and readies to engage with the enemy
Sabrael moves her minions with the party and starts working on a third

The Erinyes attempts to activate an ability but fails
Quake and the Erinyes are fireballed three times. Quake must make 3 will saves and 3 reflex saves (Fireballs are shadow evocation, saves will reduce the damage appropriately)
Babau move in the darkness

Denrag's face cracked into a wide grin as Sabrael's reinforcements moved up to himself and Suna. "Well met! Now on me! Let's see if these Babau intend to keep running ." With his angelic escort, Denrag drifted further into the darkness, taking care not to outpace the vision of his companions. His grey eyes attempted to locate any targets. Failing to see anything in the immediate area, he hurled another burst of wind forward to extend his vision and hearing once again, and allowing him to see behind the nearest building. Even with his extended senses, he couldn't see where the enemy had gotten off to. "No sign of the Babua now, but it looks like Quake has downed one of the Erinyes. Can't make him out though."

Quake is shaking the Erinyes held in his bite and tearing into it with his claws. All about him blasts of fire fill the darkness and while he resists the mental onslaught that accompanies the flame he is still scorched by the partial reality of the blast.

"I'm right behind you, Denrag," she called out to her comrade. "It sounds like some nasty explosions up ahead, I hope Quake is ok."

She continued to walk forward, finally reaching the patch of darkness. Her newly acquired darkvision coming in handy. She looks around for any sign of the enemy, and she calms her breath so she can better listen for any signs of invisible enemies approaching.

With her third summoning spell completed, Sabrael orders the first two archons to move forward, the first together with Denrag and the second with Sunna.

The third archon casts Aid on the sorceress.

She then moves forward with the third archon. and casts a Haste spell on the entire group.

 

Cast: Haste, targeting the 3 archons, Denrag, Sunna, and Sabrael.

 

 

Note to DM, Denrag and Sunna: Denrag's archon will attack together with Denrag, targeting the same enemy, and Sunna's archon will do the same with Sunna's target.

Also, each archon will cast Aid on the champion they are with:

Sunna and Sabrael: +15 temp. hit points, +1 to hit and saves vs. fear

Denrag: +9 temporary hit points, +1 to hit and saves vs. fear

Surprise Round!

 

The Babau, who had climbed onto the roofs of the buildings, move into position making ready for their assault. The eagle eyed Sunna, however, spots them and is able to act as they rush in.

 

OOC: Sunna and the Babau are the only ones able to act in the surprise round, and while their initiative is tied, Sunna will go first.

Shadow demons attack Quake. They are still invisible, but he knows their locations now (50% miss chance will apply)

Babau charge in. Sunna trips two successfully.

Babau 1 attacks Denrag

Babau 5 attacks Denrag

Babau 3 attacks archon

 

Check the rolls against your AC and take appropriate damage. The attacks on quake are Touch Attacks.

Quake 

 "GRRRraaa" the great cat raws again and as claws and bites rain in on him from the shadows.

He flies upwards and over where the demon seem to be and heads straight back towards their entry at full pace. He plans to heal himself and get some distance from the shadows. "The will work for my flesh"

As he approaches he spots Denrag and flies down ready to aid him next round, flying above him and the summoned archon .

"Both the Erinyes are down but I had to leave the shadow demon behind as they were invisible and about to tear into me"

@Penchant while he saves his ref and will for the fireballs he will still get a few points of damage. How much?

Also if he spots the archon  he will fly to be above it just inside its aura.(still movement to do so)
