Sabrael wonders how she can help her allies see the invisible demons; she remembers a spell she knows, which might come in very handy in this situation. She chooses the area of effect as carefully as she can so the spell avoids her allies as much as possible.

Cast: Glitterdust, targeting the northwestern corner of the central archon's square.

 

 

Note to DM, Quake, Denrag and Sunna:

Quake can take control on the archon whose shoulder he's sitting on.

The archons are all hasted.

Quake, Denrag, Sunna and Sabrael are under the effect of the archons' magic circle against evil aura.

Actions

Quake instructs the angel to move around the battle and come in at the upper corner of the shadows advance, keeping clear of their propable reach. The hastened angel quickly covers the distance. Before they move it used its aid ability.

Sitting on the sholder Quake waits for his turn in battle when he is brought into reach. He uses his healing ability before te tiny annilam swipes futiously at the shadows tying to hit the demon with all his tiny might.

 

SHADOW: 4 will miss from concealment, 3 hit. 18,16,21 for 55 good damage

Sunna attacks but hits only shadows
Sabrael casts Glitterdust, revealing one Demon
Quake takes an AoO for 13 damage and does 55 damage to Demon. It dies.

 

Shadow Demon 2 bites and claws Archon, Archon dies. SD takes 5' step as it claws Sunna for 4 Damage.

Shadow Demon 3 takes 5' step to flank Sunna and full attacks. She takes 27 points of damage.

The little cat leaps again into the shadow demons space flying and bouncing about, snapping and clawing at his ellusive prey. His luck seems to hold as black blood sprays about him more often than not.

Seeing Sunna take blows from the obscured foe, Denrag flowed forward and attacked with the force of a hurricane. Given the need to end this battle, and trusting in his comrades to carry on should he fall, he continued to push his body past its limits. The empowered wind hammer crashed into the space he suspected the enemy to be.

Of the flurry, only one managed to find it's mark. His attending Archon waited, ready to Aid again if necessary.

Sabrael's last spell had been almost useless, but victory was near. The sorceress decided to cast a defensive spell on herself.

With just two left, Sunna finally found herself in the center of the action. She focused on the shadow demon to her north. Using her extensive training she swiftly imbued her waveblade with the ability to deal full damage to these intangible creatures.
