Born to family of professional beggars, Novia spent her childhood being the cute little beggar girl. She probably would've spent entire life as a beggar, however fate had other ideas. A group of thieves had a stolen artifact from a wizard. They accidently unleashed a wave of necromancy through the section of the city in which Novia lived. She was one of many people that rose up and fought the threat, however, she was one of the few that survived the final assault. Searching through the stolen materials after the final battle, she found enigmatic writings, and mentions of Amun Tor. Fascinated by the entire thing, she went to temple to learn more about this strangeness and good.
