Characters can eat and gain the effects of consumables normally, but do not need to eat or drink. 3. Characters do not need to 'use the facilities'. In fact toilets don't exist in the world. 4. Characters do need to sleep, a hard 8 hours per day. You instantly go to sleep and wake up exactly 8 hours later.
