KieranKieran nods when Samuel glances around the room before speaking. "Of course. This is certainly not a place to speak of such matters." Silently filing away the military posture for later. Relaxing himself a little bit, though the sort were one can still see he is still wary and cautious. Smiling a little bit about unorthodox allies. His head giving another small nod to his words. "Quite. Unorthodox is likely what we will need considering who the enemy is. Cause playing it straight is not likely to end well for anyone." Head shaking as he gave a grim look. As his hand rose up to look at the very well callused and scar covered palm. Then his fingers closing into a fist. "Our clan has stood against worse odds."

image.jpeg.702246353212288e7569840f8eda1787.jpegJack's eyes widened at the sudden violence. His words to Benji proved prophetic. Both clans were tough, strong, and fast. Jack was smart but little of the other three. How Toreador, Brujah, Gangrel, Nos and Ventrue engaged in combat was not the Malk way... or at least not Jack's.

Moving quickly, Jack picked up the bloody jaw and placed it roughly on Casimir's face. With a quick *flick* of his thumb against his fang, he would pour some of his blood down the detective's throat. "Not your best move detective." he said trying to guide the jaw as it knitted back in place.

Casimir gurgled a bit as the vitae rolled down his throat, or what was left of it. The power of the blood's healing having the muscle and tendons snap back into place. Nerves stitching themselves, bone refusing back into place where it had fractured.  The rotund Brujah continued to just sit on the floor.  His entire front was drenched from the blood he'd lost from the attack and a small pool had formed under his legs.  He nodded in gratitude to Jack for the aid, though he seemed to hesitant to try and talk until he was sure that things had healed completely.   Stone moved over as well to check on Casimir.  He grumbled a bit and gave Jack a look that was a mix of thanks and annoyance.  The look was pretty common between the Sheriff and Jack by this point in time.

Looking back to see Lou coming in along with Randall and Charles, he looked back towards the elevator.  Then the stairwell.  Feeling that Lou and his ghouls could handle the guests on the first floor he kicked in a bit of Celerity and shot into the stairwell like a bolt to head upstairs after Corbin.

image.jpeg.702246353212288e7569840f8eda1787.jpegJack would nod and clean his hand. With a heavy sigh he made his way over to one of the blood splatter bits that were the head's and not Casmir's. He looked over at the Tremere, sitting there static, then to his own little clan.

This'll be interesting... he thought as he leaned down and touched the blood, letting it speak in his mind. (4 with insightful)

His trance was short, as he got enough info though it was confusing. He'd heard the name, most of it wasn't a surprise, except the lack of final death... Usually beheadings were more permanent...

a9VMLaH.jpgSamuel had indeed remained quiet for the whole rather gruesome show.  He had seemed more interested in Corbin's comment about the bloodwine.  He lifted the clear glass in his hand and was studying it against the reflection of the light.  If the Tremere had wanted to get involved he probably could have had the Prince's childe erupt in flames like a roman candle without more than the flick of his wrist.  The elder however had never been a fan of the Court or many of its members.  Never to the point to openly insight a revolution or plot to have one of them removed. Though if something came about, he'd allow them to pull enough rope to hang themselves or burn their bridges, he wasnt one to stop them either.

As Jack licked the blood he was slammed with a flood of information regarding its owner.

spacer.pngBenji stared hard at the action but made no move to withdraw or make way. He simply watched with almost dispassionate interest on hsi face. he might as well be watching it on television. Jack's commentary on it not being Suzanne was comforting though Benji hadn't thought it would have been her to be honest, he still felt like she was alive, even though it seemed that was not the case at all. whoever's head was on the bag however was having their very own unfortunate time tonight.

He nodded at Jack when he commented about the blood and the WHAM, Casamir stepped in and lost half of his face!

The blood splattering was enough to draw Benji from his reverie. His eyes focused on the crimson vitae that stained man's shirt and dripped freely from his face. It was all he could do not to move closer involuntarily. Instead he steeled himself and stood up, moving to Jack as he tasted the blood that had dripped from the head filled sack.

"Anything?" The boy kindred asked his clanmate. He was not yet able to sense the emotions attached to an object but he knew it was possible and was close to putting it together himself. He had seen Suzanne do it with ease on many an occasion. Very useful. "To cause a stir like this, break every rule of elysium, attack a kindred under the prince's protection, and use his powers in this place. Well that breaks all the rules now doesn't it?" Benji mimicked the scornful tone of a harpy when he made his last statement.

"I think there will be show upstairs. Want to take the stairs, Jack?" with that Benji moved to the stairs taking them two at a time like the child he still seemed to be, until he reached the fourth floor and the show he was sure was happening above.

Adeline-Countess-of-Cardigan-England-mid-19th-Century.-Blogspot.jpg.9f2cf98b38946de90c2bdb70de7ec01e.jpgThe Victorian Duchess made her way to the first floor. Although she looks in control, she feel intimidated to be among so many Kindred for the first time in over 2 decades.

Walking and looking around the room, it is difficult not to miss her. "A Child!" He is probably the second on the list of noticeable Kindreds in Elysium. The little boy could easily fit under her puffy dress during a hide and seek game. She has only time to make her way to the bar and asks for a red wine then returns with the others before the kid mentions something about upstairs. She attempts to follow him to the upper floor.

"My child, my apologies, but would you happen to know who will be performing on the upper floor?"

If anything, Benji reminded her of her own child, James.

image.jpeg.702246353212288e7569840f8eda1787.jpeg"Sabbat. From Annapolis. Not quite dead." he said looking to the elevator. Too obvious. "Might be wise to tell Freddie on the way up." He had no real love for his primogen, but an iota of politeness went a long way.

As he turned he looked to Charlotte. "A show by the Prince's childe..." he said following after Benji. He'd look to Mary, Lou and Bruce with a look to say 'are you coming along for this madness?'

spacer.pngBenji slowed enough for this very antiquated woman to speak with him. Ignoring her calling him child, "I think the show has already begun. We are about to miss it."

The child vampire resumed his pace, and plodded up the stairs. He did not tire as a mortal might and made quick enough time to get to the fourth floor before he missed too many of of the almost certain fireworks.

**away and up to the 4th!**

KieranKieran gave his head a small shake as the prince's childe came through carrying the head. Giving a grim look as his attention shifted back to his fellow warlock. "That is likely bringing ill tidings." Though there wasn't a whole lot for him to do in that regard. He could only sit back and see how things shake out. He just hoped it could wait till after the party for all hell to break lose. "Seems tonight may be much more eventful then I thought it would be." No longer allowing himself  relax and instead staying on alert should trouble arise.to

a9VMLaH.jpghg5JiEw.jpgSamuel looked back to Kieran for a moment as he sat the glass back down and pushed it to the side.

With that child, it is almost always a foul evening. Most likely that bag will only prove to make the situation with our enemies far more violent.  He is a whirling dervish of destruction that could end this conflict single-handily if only there was a way to channel his power. And by that I mean, if the Prince would actually control his pup.

Keiko quietly walked over and leaned down next to Samuel's ear.

I be having Anthony bring car around.  Am feeling party will be ending early with this development.

The Warlock turned and caressed her cheek lightly with the back of his hand.

That's fine, my dear.  Tonight was purely social anyways before tomorrows political affairs. I have the feeling tomorrow will be more complicated. Best to enjoy the evening in more familiar surroundings.

The Tremere looked back to Fletcher, with a polite smile. Taking his cane he would stand back to his feet.

Perhaps you'd like a tour of the city, or the chantry?  Though I do also know the necessity of plantings seeds, both literally and figuratively. If you would like to stay and mingle despite the possible fallout to come, you of course may. Otherwise you are welcome to join us.

Kitagawa moved to the coat room to retrieve their coats, carefully making sure to step around the pools of blood on the floor.  As she did, she passed by Mary who had taken to writing "Out of Order" across the elevator doors in the fresh vitae that Casimir had lost from his attack.

image.png.ab5e01d68a3662b0c3b91203625c7271.pngLou walked in, followed closely by Randall and Charles. He had just enough time to see his Sire cast a look around the area before blurring up the steps.

Spreading his hands to his sides, Lou motioned for the two ghouls to stay back for the moment. He looked at Casimir a moment, taking in the former cop's blood-soaked front and Jack standing nearby.

"Jack, old boy. How've you been?" Lou lets a smile cover his face, not showing any of the of the consternation a scene like this should normally warrant. "Seems a proper do this evening, yea?"

His gaze flickered over Samuel and Keiko for a second before he turned back to the ghouls with him. He couldn't care less about the warlock Primogen and it looked like he was making his way out anyway, so Lou was going to be left to deal with this stuff in his own way. But that suited the Brujah just fine, so he'd keep his mouth shut about it.

"I'm going to head upstairs with Jack-o, and see what's the what. Why you don't you stay down here and help to clean up the mess?" He nods towards Casimir and the vitae soaked floor around him.

hg5JiEw.jpgCasimir was happy to remain where he was.  The defeated look on his newly healed face was very clear.  Bruce had taken to standing the portly fellow Brujah up and moving him over to a spot away from the soaked floor to better get him cleaned up.  Randall and Charles had moved back to the front doors to make sure that there wasnt any unnecessary attention directed at the club. They also made sure to lock the main doors and only open them for authorized individuals to leave. Mary had seemingly decided to take up some sort of self-imposed security position blocking further usage of the elevator, despite everyone just ignoring her and taking the stairs. She stood very matter of fact in front of the elevator with her arms crossed and a scowl on her face that was her best attempt to look intimidating.

Keiko looking back to the mess that was the first floor, pulled out a cell phone.  Scrolling down a list of seeming contacts she stopped and pressed a number.  After a moment the phone rang and was quickly picked up.

Yes.  Jorge.  Can you get team together and head over to QG Club. On Calvert.  A bit of blood to clean up.  Main floor.  Probably top floor.  Elevator.  No bodies. At least none this point. Bill to me is fine.  Call one Stone's boys for clearance. You have number? Yes.  Very well.

Hanging up she looked back to the ghouls to confirm what she had arranged as she walked back into the coat check and got her fur.  As Lou mentioned going up she briefly glanced in his direction before he vanished up the stairs.

Try to keep your Sheriff out of harms way.  He is one of the few around here worth a damn.

With that she would join Samuel back at the door and look to exit when their ride pulled up outside.

KieranKieran stood up along with his primogen. Seeing that he was getting ready to leave and casting a glance around the floor a moment. "Think after the display from earlier, may be wise for me to to make my rounds. The next kindred I meet might just be the one who will be shoulder to shoulder with me in the trenches should trouble break out tomorrow night. But thank you for the offer none the less." Though in truth his old training had caused him to case the city the night before when he first arrived. Or at least check out what he could while avoiding shovel heads and other kindred at least. Always good to know the lay of the land just in case. "I will likely be going to the chantry either in a few hours or what ever the prince and his childe stir up. Till then, safe travels." Giving the departing warlocks a bow once more before turning his attention elsewhere.

Taking stock of those still on the first floor.

Samuel nodded to Kieran's choice and made his way outside to Keiko as his vehicle pulled up outside.  As the vehicle drove off into the cold Baltimore's night, a bright reddish hue seemed to start to be seen from the night sky outside through the side windows of the building.
