Mechanically the character is complete, though I might tinker in minor ways with the background and personality. Mostly with wording it better. I tried to be as complete as possible in including all modifiers I could find. I admit with the starting talents, armour components, implants and errata, i can easily have missed some. I assumed we are using the errata 1.1 for all weapon related stuff.
